The break fast was healthy and delicious and you can have varieties here like , English Break fast, Arabic Break fast.

We stopped by for a bite, after the kids enjoyed watching the animals. the salad had an interesting combination of ingredients (with raspberries), however the dressing consisted mainly of vinegar. Hence, we could not eat it. The seafood platter was nice but we had the pumpkin soup that tasted anything but pumpkin (and was not fresh),No one came to our table to ask us about our food or if we needed anything. And the bill took ages to arrive. Hope they get better with time since they’re newly opened.

The manager was so not polite. He served our set menu bwfore our arrival and refused to remove it from the table. Our package included a free ride fkr the kids, but we had to negitiate to get entry. Terrible manager. We still had a good evening thanks to the nice waiter who tried to make up for his managers repeated mistakes. This place could be such a vibrant place if...

Excellent service, Kannan was so helpful and friendly. Food was amazing, had the mix grill. Good portion size and really enjoyed every bit of it. So happy with Kannan and the rest of the team, one of the best service experiences we have had. Zoo was very good as well.

Great food... loved the experience with the birds.

The place was good some time ago, but that seems to be history. While the breakfast menu looks good, it took the waiter close to 10 minutes to came back and informing us, that only the only thing of the selected items they have right now is the coke. We changes our order to just one portion of pancakes, which took over 15 minutes, while the place was pretty much empty. While the staff was kind, the food tasted mediocre.I can only hope for improvement, but we might not willing to give it another try.

Bad service, staffs are very arrogant, they r invited for iftar food while enter to emirates zoo and we paid for 3 persons.they taken orders from us , but when we get in restaurant they given only 2 persons food , and disrespectful behaviour. They taken money but didn’t given the food what we ordered.So we will not go again to these restaurant.

Really a good interior design. Different areas inside the restaurant have different themes.The coffee and food are of a good quality.

It is an ok restaurant! Breakfast here was fresh and of a good variety. We stayed at the resort so we were able to enjoy a dinner in the restaurant as well as breakfast. Staff is polite and quick. Food was tasty and the portions were big. Price is ok. Recommended if you are a guest of the resort or just coming to see the zoo.

The experience eating at the outside tables its NOT a pleasure. Mosquitos and flies everywhere touching your food.

Basic food with decent prices

Had the American burger which tasted as good as any burger I have eaten in Canada and a Americano coffee served with hot milk. Great service and atmosphere for a break while enjoying the zoo.

We have tried there iftar buffet. Price is not high and it was a very peaceful place. There was not much food variety as they did not put their main course items in iftar buffet but the taste of available dishes are very fresh and delicious.

When you have loads of animals to visit and two children to handle, a super comfortable and spacious restaurant serving some delicious food is just what you need! And The Hide was exactly that! We ordered a chicken burger and a spinach ravioli - both super-tasty. The kids menu offered an Alfredo Pasta which is actually perfect for younger taste buds. All in all, q very warm, friendly experience and the right kind of rejuvenation for a long day at the zoo!

Waited and waited for someone to take order at least but a 99% empty place with enough staff seems least bothered. Ambience wasted. Too lazy.
