They are not fast food, they are SLOW food, the girl at the counter is so slow in taking orders.During lunch time, they were taking 15-20 mins to deliver the main dish from there menu.This is at a patrol station where people are looking for real quick bite, operation manager need to rethink the strategy.Avoid if you are in Hurry!!

To be true I have a mix review for them, some of the branches have really good and fresh stock and infact in all ur visits ull get proper hot n fresh food.Similarly some branches they serve food like you are asking for free (very hard chicken) seems like cooked more than one time.By the way one good thing that they have a deal in aed 10 with 3 pcs of chicken and regular fries, which hardly some customers know...
