The staff is soo lazy, they are laughing and ignoring clients. The tables are dirty and you need to ask them several times before they come and clean. The food we ordered was not delivered on time. We waited for 22 minutes to get our chicken because they didnt have any prepared. I asked for a leg not spicy and when the meal was ready they said that they dont have a leg not spicy so we waited for 10 to 15 min to get it. Disappointing.

Abu dhabi mall, Abu dhabi open at 10am but the when I order in KFC around 10:15am still they are not accepting orders. The staff said 10 minutes more so it means their opening time is 10:25am not 10am. They should change the opening time so that their will be no confusion. 11/04/20121

I want to order super dinner meal with 2 legs and 2 thighs the supervisor name: Mohamed Hamdy in Abu Dhabi mall branch refused me the order as its not allowed you should have a wings as its mandatory!First time it happen like this in any of KFC branches.He let me go without any care!Customer satisfaction is the mandatory.

Poor service and lack of honesty.I ordered a dinner meal, with no questions they books the 3pc meal and when asked they said Ill have to pay 5 dhs extra for the 4pc dinner meal and by cash only, I said ok and asked if could replace coleslaw with fries. And they said extra 3dhs. And all together 8dhs.But here its, last time when we asked them a week back we were told 2dhs. And 4pc meal was 27.50 and for 3pc they charged 24dhs. When asked for a receipt, they said I cant have one and later their manager stepped in and revoked old sale and made a new sale. At the end I paid 29.5029.50-24 = 5.50, while the staff was trying to rip 8dhs with no receipt.The team is neither polite nor friendly. This was second experience of the same location. So better not go.

The food was amazing as always, the gravy sauce was included in the meal and I didnt ask for extra but he charged me 4 dirhams on it, he needs to inform the customers that it has extra charge so the customers will be aware on it. Thank you 😊
