Paying for 27AED as They dont have their lucky meal apple pie finding myself paying for ultimate meal plus separate coleslaw and pay same 27AED.Keeping the international line of marry brown standard in weird way.The funny i informed the supervisor to remove the not available meal and simply he said she informed you that lucky not available!!! So why its in your menu 🤔LAST TIME TO EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT 👎

However, we dont understand why gravy is not for FREE when buying the FAMILY meals (especially MEGA BIGGA - 18 pcs of chicken, etc). For AED 115.00 or AED 130.00 worth of meals, We strongly suggest and request to make your GRAVY free for such family size meals, instead of charging us EXTRA for it. We will really appreciate that kind of compliment as customers. And please, if youre going to start giving it for free, kindly make sure that the FREE cup or container of the GRAVY will be enough for 6 pcs./9 pcs./18 pcs. Thank you very much, MB! More power!

My every second night place to grab some quick food , humble staff rona Jane is one that has smile on her face and greets each time .I like the wrap its very tasty and you can ask them to make spicy if you like so.Well recommended place if you live near by al Falah plaza .

Staff was welcoming at first. But later while placing my order, other staff were engaging and laughing in the same area in their own language which was highly disrespectful. Made me feel as if they were speaking about me because I made a particular order of fresh chicken with specific pieces of chicken. As soon as i walked away after making my order i heard a loud laugh to which i proceeded back to the cashiering area and they all walked away.

We ordered spicy fried chicken but none of the 5 pcs is spicy..

They are happy to serve each and every customer disregard of nationality , gender or religion. Honesty , respect and integrity are core values teach to each and every employee.
