The paneer veggie burger was impressive with the taste and spiciness. However, beware of the APPLE PIE SCAM. I ordered a meal and specifically mentioned coke&fries. They didnt give me the receipt when I paid for it and later while eating, I found an apple pie in the bag for which they had charged me extra. Upon asking the cashier, she tried to convince me that it was a part of combo/meal. Eventually, she apologized for the mistake but after reading a similar review, I realized that it is their way to trick foreign customers. Id suggest anyone eating here to verify your order and dont feel shy to ask for a refund.And again the food was a little overpriced, but tasty!

At the time I was here 20 Jul 2021, They have a program of buy large meal and get an apple pie for half price. So what happened was they upgraded my order to large meal without asking (additional 2 AED) and give me an Apple Pie (additional 5 AED) without any asking or confirmation. The cashier did not give me the receipt, and then when I ask for it and found out, I gave the apple pie back as I did not order it and demand my 5 AED back from her. An example of dishonest service.

Too good food and service at abudhabi airport

0 STARSAt Midnight of the 28th April 2021 I asked the girl if I could pay in dollars, I only had 100 and she wanted to give me the change in local currency telling me to pay 40 dollars for a sandwich and a water, so I decided to pay by card and at the exchange I paid 9 dollarsShe wanted to scam me.Very sad. ☹️

Lots of Delicious burgers to eat. I ate 4 years ago when I was working. Syed may be the same now. The dining area is also clean and nice. The staff is also friendly. Very well managed. Oder is also served quickly. Night time is always busy otherwise it looks empty.

I dont really know why I went to this Burger King as I wasnt hungry and had been flying form Nepal and just needed somewhere to wait.And when i was there I thought a whopper would be a good idea but it was too big and full of sloppy mayonnaise that spilled all over my trousers. It tasted okay but I felt kinda cheap having eaten it.The Filipino staff are very friendly and helpful and I was impressed that they took pounds sterling, as well as US dollars and Euro. Even more surprising was that they gave change in those currencies.Not great but the other fast food joints I saw in Abu Dhabi airport looked worse.I dont like their advertising -- that false promise that they are doing all this for you. How can they be doing it for me? They dont know who I am and I didnt know about this place before I stumbled across it.

Pathetic customer service, and with whole meal they give you only one pack of ketchup, extra ketchup they ask 1 dirham do two little extra packs. Purposely keep extra large cups for drinks and when you get a meal they always tell that they don’t have regular size drink so you have to pay extra to get extra large drink as they don’t keep regular size cups.

Dont go there. What an exceptional bad service! I asked get a whopper menu with coke zero and mayonnaise with the fries. The lady just booked in whopper menu with coke light, a go large surcharge I didnt ask for and ketchup. Its like she completely ignored my order. And on top of it, no ice for the coke. Just warm and thin coke light. And when I complained, an unfriendly reaction. Just go to the MacDonalds, if you want fastfood.

They removed the plant based burger from the menu 🍔 not happy about that!

Its been about 10 years that Ive been eating at this place whenever I travel via Abi Dhabi. The service has been great, the taste has been great, the location is great, and they have sufficient seating capacity.What came as a little bit of a shock this time around was that when I requested for more ketchup (beyond the one small sachet that they gave me), they asked me to pay an extra Riyal. To begin with, it was an upsized. Secondly, I had already paid and I didnt wanna do another overseas transaction worth 0.25€. This is the first time Ive seen this at any of the Burger King outlets. Somewhat disappointing.

I have added eating here to my list of life regrets.Fries were undercooked. Burger paneer patty was almost empty and just crust. Rest of burger didnt come close to the photo on the screen.Partners chicken nuggets barely qualified as cooked.At least Im less hungry I suppose.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars.Rude staff, the burger tasted like it was made yesterday and put into the microwave.Fries are without salt/... and have barely been cooked.Never again.You should definitely eat somewhere else.

We bought a Shroom Burger meal. The counter staff, a lady, added an apple pie at extra costs even though we didnt order one. The bill was presented in AED and since we didnt have AEDs, we paid in euros despite the bad exchange rate. When we got the change back, it was in AEDs but the staff used a one rupee coin instead of one AED. We didnt check until later when we wanted to spend the 23 AEDs received as change.

Very overpriced. Order a chicken royale with cheese and was asked if I wanted to go large. I said no and the lady continued with the order only for me to notice the charge for go large on my receipt. They didnt seem to have any small cups for drinks apparently . Not value for money at all would recommend the McDonalds in other terminal short walk

Poor service, the staff speaks some kind of language which they call English .. they wont give you tap water. First I was told to take a seat with my tray and then after a long time I inquired about my order and I was being asked to bring the tray back .. only two sachtes of tomato sauce with two upusize p burger - if you want more pay for it

What a disappointment, tgey try to rip you off for every last cent. one pack of ketchup with full meal and make you get the extra large drink for more money. BK never again

All fast food joints are the same except this Burger King at the Abu Dhabi airport, compared to any other Burger King in the United States is way, way better. The food here might be similar and different but the food at this location has a lot less sodium. The Burger King in the US has too much sodium that it will put you to sleep. But for all the pulp fiction fans out there, the Quarter Pounder is called the Big King and the original chicken sandwich is called a Chicken Royale, its not like you can order a royale with cheese.

Worst place to eat avoid when you arrive at the air port depending on what terminal. There is a mc Donalds before you go through passport control I suggest you go there 0 out of 5

The service was quite upto the mark. The items are more NonVeg inclined. All the items at International terminal and nominally pricey, so nothing to be more specific about Burger King. Around 40 AED will fetch you meal

I guess that BK at Abu Dhabi airport has a strong KPI for selling the go large option. They insist to take go large (which is a good deal for BK). If you tell to simply go for the advertised normal food size they tell you that it is sold out. Sorry guys bit for principle i left you today without ordering. Since i visit ur restaurant once a month (frequent flyer) i ll go to McD from now on.

Nice place to have good food. Ambience is good as well as food taste, friendly staff but it is a much crowded place, have to follow the “Q” to get the order.

Im not a fan of Burger King, but the airport has such few options, and this one is guaranteed fresh. I got the spicy chicken, it was quite tasty.
