They have recently upped their game to the next level.The new M&S Cafe is excellent and the food hall has been transformed beyond imagination.Love the food and the selection of new items to buy.

The new food hall is very good. A wide variety of M&S brand food is finally available here.The new cafe however, needs more work. The staff was slow but it is probably because they cannot cope with the overwhelming demand. Food wise it is quite mediocre. The cakes are dry and overly sweet. Would probably wait a few more months until they get their act together.

M&S have very nice food and service. I had the iced spanish latte it was good, but the avocado toast was a bit bland. However, I would recommend.

I should not give M&S Yas Mall even 1 star for the exceptionally bad service I have received from them. First of all, they never ever pick up their calls and then, they send your online order back to London by mistake!! What a headache and disappointment. Will never bother ordering online again! Whatever happened to the good old M&S customer care and service??

The caffe is great with a delicious menu and good prices. Decent variety of pastries and dishes. If you buy a drink you can choose from a variety of delicious pastries for 1dh extra! Best coffee shop in Yas Mall

The place looks delightful, however the food is obnoxiously awful. I ordered a simple scrambled eggs on toast, and it was just embarrassing. The egg was rock solid hard, overly crumbled and tasteless, if you ignore the stale and slightly queezy after-taste. The coffee was ok. Avoid this place if you have taste-buds.

The only M&S that has M&S Cafe in the store. It is our hiding corner from the crowd. It has cozy environment with proper croissants selection at a very good price.

The cafe in their Yas Mall location is incredibly slow and unreliable. It took them 30 minutes to make an Americano coffee and a scone that was already prepared. It just needed to be heated up. And they STILL got the order wrong when they finally delivered it.

Goods were good but service provided was bad ... had to wait long for at the counter

Hi, I was at your store today at yas mall and there was a very helpful staff called Love, she helped me a lot to find the right inner wear, and went beyond her role of just being a cashier. Will definitely come again 👍

This review is only about M&S Coffee shop inside the main shop: I just discovered that M&S in yas mall had a coffee shop inside. It serves surprisingly quite good food. And the price remains reasonable (110aed for all what you will see in the picture). The Jack potato with beans was very good. The codfish was quite nice too. Same for the mushrooms soup. I am not so happy about flat white (too strong compared to original ones found in Australia), but it was still fair.In overall, you get a good value meal.

M&S in Dubai is the worst Cafe I have ever been to. I tried their breakfast today and it was Tasteless. NEVER GO THERE!
