Very poor store layout for covid regulations with customers gathering at the entrance and exits due to poor crowd management. Staff at checkouts and butchery counters very helpful but management of customer traffic is so poor that I will not use this store again during the pandemic.

Worst place for shopping, you will never find anyone to help you there, most of the Promotional items are not even displayed there...I visited 2-3 times and everytime same experience

Very bad experience, their staff will follow behind you always like that you are thief, I took laptop sleeve for my Dell XPS which I bought on 13000 AED cash few days before. And I bring the sleeve to reception with laptop inside it. Receptionist was looking at laptop I told him that laptop is mine so just checkout the sleeve. He was not hearing to me and talking like that he cought me and I stole laptop from their store and he called security that check is this ours laptop or him. I dare them if you have such laptop in your whole mall I will give you this laptop in free, and they said that we have alot but after checking they didnt find, but they treated me like a thieft and last I told them that this is my laptop, locked with my fingerprint and facelook so dont fu**k it touch anymore.

Bought a super cheap suitcase here for 69AED and it survived a long journey very well. Get some good deals here.

I visited here for the first time. This is a little smaller compared to LuLu in Mushrif, Madinat Zayed, WTC etc. But still you have everything you need at this place. I like the fact that they have priority billing counter and special billing counter for MasterCard holders. You have enough parking as well. Not too crowded and you can easily do shopping here.

Recently their service is not good . Some staffs are irritative especially those in meat and fish areas .

Its an awesome place. There are many different stores to see and everything you need is already there. I go there to buy my groceries and other supplies. I sometimes buy things for my learning. The staff there is very friendly and they assist you with anything you need. And with the virus spreading they also take precautions to avoid its spread. They make sure that everyone is wearing their face masks and that everyone is 2 feet / 6 inches apart. Their stock of fish and vegetables are fresh and they offer a wide variety of fruits as well. Me and my family frequently buy snacks in there as well. You can also repair your devices if they are broken. They also have many giveaways where you can win large cash prizes! Personally I have never won it but from time to time I still join them to test my luck. They also sell cotton candy and popcorn that you can give to your kids. And if you want to travel they also sell travel bags for your luggage! They also sell lots of games for the PS4 and XBOX. And they even sell the latest iOS and Android Devices! So in my opinion you should go and visit! And remember to wear your mask and stay healthy!

All items under one roof, great prices.The fruit and veg section can become crowded, queue co ordination is required there and people jumping queues need to be controlled.

They change rates every day. I live quiet near and go for buying fresh vegetables to cook everyday and when I see the prize tags... they change it within day and they put discounts on cheap quality items...overall its ok but I had to buy mask for 80 dhs in the beginning of covid 19.

For Pakistani Indians and Bangali this is best market you can get groceries and spices same like in your home country. They are also offering other items for everyone. There is a money exchange service and ADCB FAB ATM
