One of the biggest stores of Lulu in the city. Almost all products and range available. Nothing much to do in the mall therefore most of the promotions are offered to attract the footfall. Only drawback is location and accessibility but nice to shop during weekdays as its almost empty.

Its really very huge.. Open space.. Away from residential area. Wide variety of things from a small pin to Heavy furniture.. From all the food items to the best fruits and vegetable..it was a great experience.

Excellent place for shopping as the mall is not much crowded mostly the Supermarket is not much packed even on weekends. so dont have to wait in long lines in the counters. Mostly they have all the offers as the other Lulus.

Spacious hyper market, you will have ample social distancing in all the aisles considering COVID19. Fruits and vegetable section can be a little crowded in the evenings and weekends.There are billing counters but often understaffed. On many occasions lines would prolong over 5 people per counter will trolley full of goods.

Although it is quite far from our area, we would prefer to go to this branch of Lulu after a visit from NMC Hospital which is next to it. It offers fresh vegetables as usual and a variety as such. I will never forget to pass by the bread section for the tasty baked goodies and cakes. Also, we love to rummage on the sale items and wed always find some cheap buys. I like the Asian aisle where we can find food items we miss from our home country. As for the fresh section, the grilled hot and spicy chicken is a must buy with the mint & tamarind chutneys.

Lulu hypermarket is available. Some other shops also available. Mall still not fully functional. Lot of shops not yet rentour and space avialble. Families went for only spacious parking and spacious in lulu also. But this time Lulu hypermarket dress arranfents are very poor. Lot of collections are there. But no one is arranging properly.

Really poor customers service. I suggest do not buy any electronic items from lulu because if they are defective, Lulu will ruine you but not send anybody to repair/ change it. Its been over a week I bought smart TV from Lulu Capital Mall which has some issues. I reported this to Lulu however, till now there is no update and contact from them. The item is still under warranty. It is very difficult to get hold on Lulu as they rarely answer calls. I dont know what to do and to get my TV fixed.

Visited Lulu Hyper Market Capital Mall on 12th April 2021 12.15 PM to buy some electronic items and there was only one person was available to guide/handle customer, (he was handling one customer more than 20 mintutes) after waiting of 25 minutes we requested one Lulu staff to help us for some product specification, he just ignoed us. Please request concern person to take this as feedback and improve in require field.

In order to enter the indoor parking, you must traverse a couple of parking lots that are meant for truckers. Once you get past them, you must identify the correct sign that actually leads to the parking lot.It may not be their fault, though, that the street and signs are not in their favor.

I bought Ikon Tab & the next day it was not working. Then repaired. After 6 months again it was not working. I gave for repair since its under warranty. After 20 days the Customer service person told me to pay 69 dhs. New Tab is 99 only. Repairing work 69 dhs. Very worst service.
