The Supermarket and Hypermarket is always busy especially on a weekend. Mushrif Mall lulu is one of the biggest hypermarket in the area. Very easy to locate and very easy to commute. The Hypermarket is one stop destination for all the products. You will everything in one single floor. You have ample parking space outside and also underground. The Hypermarket is not usually very crowded. Weekends you can find some good number of people. The arrangement here is just like any other lulu so you will not find much difficulties in finding the stuffs you need. Even if you are visiting for the first time they have labels on the top of each section so that you navigate properly and get the items you need.

Actually it WAS a good experience with Lulu hypermarket until I face an issue regarding my payment voucher as I lost my voucher and when I went to customer care they told me that the can’t gave me a replacement or my money back , as the problem It came from their side as the motorcycle that I got it has a missing items .No one helped me to get my money or even a replacement for that voucher .I dunno how Lulu hypermarket doesnt have a system for such issue..!!!!!!I’m really shocked for that .. we are in 2021 and everything is being systematic but Lulu doesn’t have .. they can’t even return back my 269.00 AED can u imagine that ..?I need someone to explaining this issue to me …!!!!!

Not huge but very well organised as they are spread almost half of the 2nd floor. They dont have huge variety of selection option compared to other major Lulu malls but can enjoy shopping as its not too crowded.
