We have been here couple of tomes. This is our to go to place to buy saris and kurthas. Today we bought 1 dress and 1 kurta salwar from here. And we are very happy with our purchase. The only thing they could imprive on is their tailor who managed to ruin my blouse last time.

KM is my favorite place when it comes for family shopping. The price range is reasonable and quality is not compromised. I always get the best deals for travel bags from KM.The place may be seen bit occupied with displays but I can understand that space optimization should be a factor behind their price secret. Especially in a city like Abu Dhabi where space rental os sky high.

Sales to coustmer relation is very bad. Not good deal with customers. Giving false information to customers.

My history with KM dates to probably 2 decades, that is since the days I was a little kid(born and raised in the UAE) They stand out for their excellent customer service and attention no matter which branch.I visit Madinat Zayed KM for very specific shopping.However whenever I go there to purchase a Sari, my experience always remain horrible.The ladies gossip among themselves, when you are clearly looking at their face for help. Even in between the customer interaction they still make it a point to gossip about their colleague. And finally they leave you standing there with unanswered questioned.I visit the sari department very often and I wonder how every time they tend to give a very cold and non welcoming attitude.My father is one of the first clients of KM trading, dating back to 40 years ago in the UAE.It hurts us to be treated like this every other time we visit with rude looks and arrogance.And I am not sure if this is even the training they receive. I am sure the managers are very polite and customer oriented, but sorry the ladies at the sari section deserve a better training with regard to politeness and retail experience.I myself work as a manager in one of the top American companies of the world, I am sure even a small private shop will be more respectful to the customers than these ladies who probably assume they are a celebrity stylist.
