Had a bad experience when I last time went to shop at centrepoint , I picked up 2 mens track from a rack which had a board kept right above the rack saying aed 40 , when I went for checkout like always I paid thru samsung pay , to my notice the billed amount was of 258 aed I was shocked when i got the message from my bank . I told the cashier that board was wrongly placed over the the tracks I picked . They said theyll intiate a refund ( at first they refused saying youll get a credit back to shop again ) which I denied as I wanted my money back . Then a new error from the staff came up saying they cant refund payments made thru samsung pay as they are using a very old system and that I have to go to another branch to make my refund . There isnt any board or word of mouth saying that payments made by samsung pay arent refundable . Ive been shopping from centre point from years , but the experience and customer service I got on my last visit makes me think about it . Please dont make payments thru samsung pay as they said it isnt refundable , now in my tight schedule I have to go all the way to another branch to get my refund which Im not sure if Ill get or not .

I love Centrepoint so very much as we buy mostly from splash and they give us many offers and bonus in return too. Only if they had more designs i would be happy. The customer service is also good. They help out very well. Also, they have come up with a cloth bag which gives you 10% discount each time you carry it and avoid plastic bag.. this is a very nice initiative.

Placed order for shoes via Centerpoint application and look what I received. What kind of service is this? Have a close look at the left shoe. Isnt even part of your policy to make sure to send quality items to the customer? Very disappointed. A small mark or scratch can be acceptable but what is this?
