Very slow service , no staff to assist you , you need to wait and wait till the one on the cashier finish what he is doing to help you !!!!

The the the the worst customer service by the billing staff this night. We will never forget her insulting way of talk when we tried to express the non alignment of the wheel which was just bought having mild jerks due to non Alignment of a stroller after we bought and used with my kid sitting on it to drive out of the shop. She was kept insisting thats the same like the other one when we asked her opinion on how she feels. Wanted to exchange with the other one which is perfectly moving without any jerks, the same brand, same price while we were still inside the shop. Kept asking us are we going to change our mind again!!!. We have never experienced this sort of customer service in life time so far. We bought with money and got an vert unpleasant experience. Will never go to this branch anytime in future.

You always have to wait a long time to pay even if you are the only customer there! I hope you improve the service
