I am a long time client for them, long time because I was so happy and contented on their services for few years now. Not until recently.They pick up my boxes last 21st November 2020 and was in Manila Port by 31st December 2020, thats how it shows in their tracing site. But up until now, no news where it was. They keep on saying its still in the port waiting for clearance to release , seriously? Before it took only 30 to 35 days 5o deliver my boxes, but now?I am so disappointed to be honest. Am sorry but thats how i feel right now. And worried coz who knows what happened to my boxes. 😔

I’m very upset! I was expecting and keep on updating my cargo everyday, as it is very important on the expected date. I send my sea cargo earlier than the expected arrival date. All my surprises has been cancelled and ruin, for my dad’s bday because of the wrong updates from here to Philippines. They were keep on promising me that it will come before Christmas, and until now my family haven’t received yet any of my box.!

The best cargo service by far that Ive tried. From the staff answering the calls to schedule you for pick up/ delivery of boxes to Sir Christian who picks up the box in Abu Dhabi area. My 4 sea cargo boxes arrived safely in my home after 30-35 days, metro manila area. Fast and superb service! Kudos to the team!

Everything is good except to poor customer service..you should value your customers...I had requested a box last week and they committed on me to deliver on sat i had waited for the whole entire day and nobody came...and yesterday i had requested box pick up for today (saturday) they sent me confirmation via email but again nobody came..i still have to call several times to the customer service😔

Our cargo has not been pick up almost 1 month now. they always give lot of excuses. they gave commitment to pick up our box for cargo but at the end of the they still they dont come....

Thanx makati my box is safe to come and very professional staff also ... they will answer you carefully even in the text lng you will ask.ka ... even its late in the evening .... more power makati .. .
