Sent an air cargo last month. Credit where its due - cargo reached on time. However, so many things reached damaged including cooking utensils completely dented. To dent metal, the handling would have had to have been so bad. Glass items shattered and mugs broken. I sent a whatsapp message to the contact. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing. Would not recommend.

Last month i send an air cargo. Full glass items are broken all items are damaged and all clothes are wet. Not reusable also. I inform to the team, send so many mails and calls. But they didn’t gave any proper response till now. Worst service. I will never recommend….😡

One of the worst experience ever in delivery of cargo. Completely unprofessional packing and delivery of service and damaged goods were delivered. When email for claim was sent it took ages for them to even find delivery proof internally and they rejected the claim stating that unchecked was not written on delivery proof. How do they expect us to check 4 boxes upon receipt it was a complete scam never ever going to trust this fraudulent scam of an organization. Please stay miles away from them.Apparently they are like you should read each and every word in the receipt and upon delivery the receipt should only be signed once everything is checked in front of their driver. Didnt know that the driver will be willing to wait hours until and unless everything was unboxed and operated to make sure they were functioning. This loss is minor thank God I was supposed to send more stuff with them to another country which would have cost me more luckily now I know not to trust this terrible cargo service.And to prove how fake they are they will reply under each and every negative review to contact them in a number or send an email. However they dont understand we are leaving a review after trying everything my package was delivered in May and I have been very patient ever since trying to communicate with them however thats it I know they just want to scam and get out after not even getting any professional help. HI, We have received our cargo on 28th Apr. ABC cargo promised transit time for 26 - 28 days. As per ABC cargo cargo despached 11th Mar and the same was delay to reach at destination point. Also need to share here my one of favorite lamp was damaged and am sharing the picture here. Also the cartons received at delivery point was half portion tore.. sharing the picture for same. I can say rest all the things was pretty safe.My only suggestion is do not give any fake promises to customer regarding transit time. we trust you while we are send cargo through ABC CARGO. Please be more careful while packing the things especially all the glass model items..Appreciate your more hard work on this service.. Thank you.

I had very bad experience from Abu Dhabi ABC cargo.My husband was already shifted to India and Ibooked air cargo on 14th august .Packers made me fool with extra KG’s . I had to travel India same day on 14th aug.I did courier for clothes , kids toys and kitchen crockery and steel utensils and some basic otherstuff. I had idea it will be maximum 70/80 KG’s. Before packing start, I showed them everything and asked how many KG’s it would be??They said madam it’s maximum 100 KG’s. I said okay than I tell them to start packing. After packing everything, I asked how many KG’s . They said it’s 253 kg. It was really shocking for me and was not able to decided anything at last moment , I had to catch my flight too. Finally I paid them for 253 kg as had no alternate option.I received my cargo after a month and when I opened there were lots of damages in kitchen stuff. They did special bubble packing for crockery and everything was broken in pack, I immediately informed them with pics . Now since 16th august till 1st September they were playing mail to mail and was asking for some docket number and POD . I had shared courier receipt as POD. And finally after 2 weeks they sent mail that insurance company has rejected ur claim. It’s is not covered.ABC is totally unreliable cargo company. I would never suggest to anybody for ABC cargo. They charge for special packing and insurance but at the time of claim they do not accept anything.

So you may not expect the right time delivery.We struggled a lot to receive my goods which we sent on 13 March 2021, 19:32, thru air freight. shipment reference AMZX19480.They promised to deliver it on 25 working days. i.e. 35 days in total.But we received it on 7 Jun 2021. You may please check now the total days we waited.This is the remarkable experience with ABC.Then the another unexpected thing happened while opened the shipment.Damaged goods!!!!For the claim of damaged goods, till date we are struggling and finally we denied our claim.Its all waste of time...Think twice before choose the cargo service.Please be vigilant...

Excellent all around! Had 2 heavy suitcases shipped from a hotel in Abu Dhabi all the way to Hawaii. Both suitcases arrived very well packaged (wrapped in styrofoam and clear wrap) sooner than expected and delivered by FedEx for a price a lot less then FedEx quoted on their own website (FedEx is a US shipper). Throughout the whole process I received excellent communications through WhatsApp including tracking info. Highly recommended.

Please note i have used door to door service through ABC cargo reference number AMZZ19223 Maharashtra ,Mumbai. Firstly the person came to pick-up my package they told it will take 01 month to reach destination which was dispatched from Abu Dhabi on 06 Mar 2021 but they received package today 28 April 2021 nearly 2 months, Also I mentioned clearly my parents are senior citizen they are 70 age plus therefore please make sure the handler drop at my residence which is on third floor and they said yes it is door to door service but today when your handler came they drop my 2 package below the building and denied to take upstairs on third floor and if they want them to drop till third floor they asked for money and they left without giving any reason. My parents they had hard time to find somebody and paid them to take package to my flat which was 40 kilo.Your handler are so insensitive and highly unprofessional to ask money to carry package till third floor as I paid for door to door service.Next time I will not take your service as I have send my other package through ST courier & Cargo they drop my package earlier then you and at my third floor flat till door.Inspite of complaint no action was taken ,very unprofessional behaviour, their India handlers are good for nothing. Please dont waste money taking ABC service .

I did not receive regular air cargo which was sent on 12th march 2021. ABC cargo promised cargo will be reached in 25working days and while tracking for the dispatch it shows pending for clearance from march 24,2021. When I call abudhabi landline number everytime they say it will reach next week.. Next week.. So on.Do not give any fake promises to customer regarding the transit time. I contacted Mr. Yousef. Since 3weeks he says the same. Its pending for clearance from Delhi. Its going to be 2 months. Kindly do the needful.

The cargo services.The cargo services are most challenging business to achieve customers satisfaction bcz it is depending on their services and authoritys cargo clearance from the port to delivery the shipments. 80% customers are getting their shipment on time but other 20 is suffering very long delay to get their shipment due to port authoritys approval. Then these 20% s comments and arguments putting more complications in their cc relationship. My friend waited more than 3 months due shipment clearance from port, off course he couldnt happy with ABC. And their after all relation is very bad with him.

And when I contact calicut office, they say Dubai office is responsible and now they are saying mumbai office is responsible. I send an aircargo with ABC cargo before 2 months. still it is in customs clearance since 1 month. Irresponsible couriers. A screen shot I posted which will explain date of booking. till now it is not delivered. even it is not cleared from customs. I am following up with them regularly but no use.

Do not use ABC Cargo’s service! My family is highly disappointed with the cargo service. We send furniture overseas through them. Our expensive hardwood furniture is all broken and damaged. A very unprofessional and inexperienced staff who do not care about their customers. Never again!

I sent my parcel on the first week of December to Kerala using their Air Cargo facility. As promised it reached with in the committed time. All the items were well packed, safe and intact. I am expressing my deepest disappointment with ABC Cargo.I have sent AIR cargo to India for a family function and Christmas on Nov 17, 2020 but till today (35 days) they are unable to deliver the parcel to my family.Initially ABC customer service team responded to my 2 follow-up emails and thereafter no response from them too.I ran behind the brand and goodwill of the company but at the same time one of my friends suggested and sent his parcel through Sea Breeze (sea cargo) for almost half of the price per kilo and his parcel is delivered to his family already.I doubt ABC Cargo is taking higher charges from their customer by promising 20 days’ delivery time and mentioning AIR Cargo but using sea cargo services.I would never suggest ABC Cargo to anyone.

I send our material on 25th Jan 2021 from Al Ain tracking number ALN75161.They told to us Boss only 25 days your parcel reached your door now today 2nd March 2021 and parcel still waiting for clearance at Delhi Airport.. I send our material for our sisters marriage now only 9 days balance for marriage.. Whenever I call to abc cargo for enquiry they reply only 2 days only 2 days only 2 days olny 2 days only 2 days only 2 days only 2 days.Some agents dont want to talk with me bcoz they cant solved the problem.. If our material not reached before 10th March then I will go to Al Ain court

I sent an sea cargo from ABC Abu Dhabi but i lost so many things from my cargo, when I receiving the cargo packings everything was very clear but after open the box what I keep six, seven things is not there its very bad experience from your service side and one month before I complainted about it directly to your office (Calicut and Abu Dhabi) but I didnt get any response from there side so please take action immediately. I shared my Bill number everything on your whats app. If you guys could not give proper service then why you are taking this kind of risk.

Please don’t send any items with ABC cargo to your country for family. I send some items for my son birthday on August 31 . They told me items will deliver 20-25 days. But it is deliver today October 23 . My son birthday was on 26sep. All items for his birthday. Chocolates and sweets all damaged and My family trow away.
