I have not been to this location for almost 6 months so cannot give a very current review.The only reason I visited this location in the past was to purchase the Starbucks Reserve beans as it is one of the few locations in Abu Dhabi that sells them.At the time I purchased the beans, the staff were helpful and I met a guy who was said to be one of the Starbucks coffee champion baristas (or something alike that) and he knew his beans.The location is well situated and clean. If I were to sit in any of the many Starbucks in the mall, I would probably not sit in this one as it is one of the busier ones (this is just a personal preference).

With the amount of people who are desperately looking for a job, the staff here doesnt deserved to have a work. They are incredibly rude and it seems like they always have this one of those days thing. @starbucks management, either you fire your staff or make them undergo a customer service seminar or training.

This is the first time i literally wanted to punch a staff in any other store here in Abu dhabi. There is one guy who is very rude! I didnt get his name because i immediately storm out of the store just to avoid a scene. I was looking at the tumblers because im planning to buy one, i am choosing between 3 tumblers so i put them together to get a better view. This one guy grabs all the tumblers and said if im going to buy it dont do it like that.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks, and it so happened I passed by the Galleria Mall on the Ground floor the indoor one with all the level-up lighting of white ceiling interior as there are two Starbucks shops on the ground floor and the latter the outdoor type. I went to the indoor and expectedly jumpacked.I decided to finish some readings and to my surprise this staff Sadiq asked me twice to get my order right away as there are other people waiting outside waiting to be seated. I dont wanna buy right away as I dont feel like drinking yet, and if I ordered and I wouldnt be able to drink it and will get colder. I told the staff that I will order later as I planned to stay for three hours. Then he came back again and hurriedly pushing me to order. I felt disrespected as I know that I would order because that is what I exactly came for there. For me, him asking me twice implied and connoted a meaning that as if he wanted to tell me that are you just gonna sit here and use our wifi and charge your phone... its like a slap on my face. This the first Starbucks I have visited with a very low tolerance with customers and very bad hospitality service. To Sadiq get more training and know your customers better.
