Decent coffee and food with a decent price

One of the best cafes in yas mall, located near cinema parking on ground floorWhat I like in Costa is the huge portions (perfect for coffee lovers :))My favorite are latte, mocha and cappuccino, you can say everything related to caffeine :)Now for food and sweets in Costa, every season you can say they have something new, and frankly all of their sweets taste awesome, what I recommend all time are blueberry cheesecake, banana cake, Tiramisu, almond croissantFor price its average as you are getting huge portions :)Also you can get their loyalty card so every 9 cups you will get 1 freeFor staff depends on the shift sometimes they are good sometimes little rude :)

The ambiance was good. But the coffee taste was ok.

Good coffee . Always order small size cause their small size is already big . Good service . They serve your order to the table ; Not like other coffee shops , who just scream your name when your order is ready.The coffee is nice but not the best . I didn’t like the croissant .. not that tasty .

I was here 2 years aho and what I saw today is an old plce with thorn furnitures and dirty environment. Quite disappointing

I drink at Costa a lot, but starting to disappoint me, there is always a bad smell in the air inside the cafe, not just this one, but one al Al Muneera as well.. The coffee is not consistent, 50% of the time the coffee tastes good the other 50% it’s very bad.. Oh and wash your couches, they are so dirty and full of spill marks

Worst coffee ever. Completely tasteless latte and lemonade was just water with ice and a slice of lemon. And it is not cheap!Seats are very dirty...Costa Coffee used to be better than this...Definitely scratching costa coffee from my list.

Unhelpful staff and very poor service

Not sure how these people are dealing with customers. Machine for regular beans is not working so the guy wants me to have Arabica beans with a higher priced coffee.If you have a problem then you expect a customer to pay for it. He said he is the manager in charge. His name is Guru.

Had coffee from yas Mall shop. Coffee tastes good. But was not hot.

Poor Chai Latte and the cakes were old

Coffee is nice. Staffs are polite especially Allan the Manager who was working on the cashier.. He personally serves the drinks we ordered

I love visiting, and really connect with the staff. They just need to fix the damp smell, it really is off putting.

I really like the classic corto that “King” making . It is reeeeeaaaaally amaaazing . He is one of the best coffee makers . Also I have to thank “Nomer” for his excellent service, It is the best place to have coffee. The staff are friendly and professional not like other branches
