Best coffee shop in wahda mall. I like the hot Mocha.. And the sitting area is beautiful with the lights. The one problem is that the wifi is not working these days because of a technical issue.

I have been a regular customer at Costa for years and today, Im shocked to learn that my previously accumulated coffee points are null and void.I was told that my points would be counted for when I download the new app, but those 1000 points are given to anyone downloading the app whether they have accumulated points or not.Shame....The three stars are for the polite mannered staff.

I went to costa branch in world trade center Abudhabi. Their was just one staff person in the whole compound. So their service is much slow there.Also i belive its overrated as coffee was just OK!

The coffee is great, but both the coffee and food options are very limiting for keto and low carb dieters.For example a primo cappuccino (though tasty) with whole milk has 4.3 g of carbs. Difficult when you are trying to keep your whole days worth of carbs to lower than 25 g.

Today I received a horrible treatment from a staff (a guy whose in-charge of taking the order. I asked him about the promo that flashing on the screen, I said wait, cause I want to see the promo. Instead of answering my question he just give the menu and he step out on his place and talk to the other other staff. And I ask another lady (who is busy working) and she give me the right answer. I complained to the lady that I asked the promo but he did not answer correctly/politely. And when he heard our conversation and he intervened in a very bad manners. He aggressively making a bad conversation and a tone of voice. He is rude and no manners at all.

After an excessively long wait for my order I found out that the staff had in fact given it to a different customer! 🤦‍♂️They then proceeded to faff around putting it right.We wont be coming back./Big flounce.

The filiipna working there is very rude, also the african lady is so violent, what sort of customer service is this, not polite and have no manners at all, I will never go back there again.

Love love love Costa coffee. Their coffer, hot choc, pastries cant go wrong. Beans freshly ground all the time. Better than Starbucks anytime and every time.

Disappointed ..... I sat at an empty table it had empty cups and tissues and no one was around (not at the cashier, not in the coffee shop ) Zheng’s the worker got me my coffee he told me that there were people sat there earlier and if they decide to come back ( mind you they left the coffee shop) I should leave and give them the table....what the hell is this????

Location in a corner at the ground floor, there are toilets near and mosque also
