This place is a favorite and is a must stop for every time weve been in the Oakland/Bay area. A rare all vegan coffee/pastry shop...I wish we had one close to home. Im not sure why there are so many reviews on bad customer service as Ive never encountered anything close to rude.Nespresso.

Amazing coffee. 4 stars because I will never forgive them for discontinuing the old single-origin varieties. In the UAE the prices are doible compared to Europe.

Poor customer service. The Egyptian guy works there has no clue about coffee at all. He is unprofessional very rude and racist. He denied us a service and threatened us to call CID! That Moran has no class. He refused to provide samples and refused to sell us!If owner or manager read this, he must be fired and send back to his country where he learned to be Moran. He is a shame for Nespresso and shame to UAE.

Currently, it has a promo program.Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great that there is an outlet in Yass Mall

Customer service is poor. I arrived at the shop at 9:50 PM before they close and waited for one customer to finish his order for 5 minutes. When I asked the guy behind the counter he replied that he is closed. I have clearly showed him that its still 5 minutes to closing time and with careless look he replied that no shop stays open up to 10 PM and I should of called before I came!I have came to YAS Mall only for the shop since Nespresso only sells the product in there branches and because it is the nearest to my house, although it takes 20 min to reach there.

Best coffee ever, and the coffee machine is also excellent, but they need to make special offers for coffee capsules, we have been dealing with them for a long time, and unfortunately no incentives.
