It’s perfect experience Costa Coffee in Al Wahda mall ,staff is polite,friendly,service is excellent

Flat White is a must try and a favourite of true coffee lovers. Otherwise just stick with Espresso ❤️Ask for less milk as Costa usually over do it with the milk.

Place is cozy and tables are plenty given that it is next to other shops with none.

Awful service, they forgot to make my drink, no one else is in the shop, staff watching videos of their phones, waiting 15 minutes, eventually when they made it staff stood there chatting whilst holding it. NO APOLOGY.

Bad service

People working here does not know how to make drinks on the menu. Making decisions for you, without asking you. Never had this issue in Dubai but in Abu Dhabi, there are some issues, making you dont want to return. The manager here Fochi, or whatever her name is, washes the blender with her bare hands, and makes the drinks while on the phone. The other guy, just dont know anything.

Had a wonderful cold coffee to beat the heat, service was great and efficient by Amir!

The sandwhiches are delicious, although I find them expensive at 25 dirhams for two slices of bread, a slice of meat, lettuce, sauce, spices. They will toast it for you.Their capuccinos are ok. Better than 3 in 1 :)It lacked bitterness, therefore was missing a little flavour.

The place is smoking free. Nevertheless they allow smoking which makes it not suitable for non smokers and kids and pregnant ladies .

Rubbish place I can’t imagine people are allowed to smoke in Costa, this is crazy. No one preventing them. The staff are saying we can’t prevent any one from smoking!!!!!! Also Air condition is not working.
