Had a really bad experience with the brosted chicken. Chicken had a foul smell and was unpleasant.We took it back to them and asked them about it, At first they told us it the taste of spicy.After a long conversation they gave our money back.Please check it before giving to your kids.This was one of our favourite. But this time it was really nasty.

Food was good however the AC is very weak an was pretty hot inside.Parking is available just next to it.A situation happened inside that I didn’t appreciate, there was a little boy with his family which (all ladies), the boy took a promotional stand (A4 size) and was running with it in and out, one of the staff members started talking with the child in a high tone which turned the family upset and started an argument.This should have handled in a more professional manner.

I tried to ignore the presence of an insect in biscuit , just ask to change....The chicken was so oily and not fresh....Toilet is horrible.... feet is sinked in water at floorNo tissues....Bad experience....Not recommended

On 16-07-2019 I purchased Fried chicken from Popeyes Restaurant LLC, Airport road, Abu Dhabi for Lunch as per Invoice No AR-T1-190716-8 ( store code 4767) branch code BR0003. We purchased 28 pcs chicken for an amount of AED 163.44 including vat. Out of the total chicken we received more than 50% was rotten and with foul smell. As we noticed, the taste change & we took it to the restaurant to make a complaint. The service person tasted it and agreed on that and he agreed to give 5 pcs of Chicken but we declaimed the offer as we could not trust them again for the product on the same day. So they are not maintaining the quality as before, so advice not to use the popeyes chicken.

The best chicken I have ever had, and the fries are one of the most delicious this with the biscuits.

Good service. Try the toy grabbing machine. Saw someone win 4 in a row. I can recommend the popcorn chicken

I really dislike this fast food.. I found it of very poor quality and the food looks to me more unhealthy than what some competitors offer. I dont want to look like a hater but this is my sincere opinion on Popeye. At this restorant, the staff is nice and friendly.

I seriously dont like their chicken. Its too oily ,smelly and dark in colour. Seems its not fresh. Instead I prefer Taaza.

They have the best fries. I love their cajun sauce on their mashed potatoes.
