Never disappointed. Orders managed on time. Parking might be a bit of a problem. There is good space to dine-in.

Now this review is for all KFC not only this branch.The good thing about KFC is that the food tests the same everywhere.I only order once a year to check if anything has changed, but no.My last order was today through Zomato, and the delivery location is 15 minutes away on foot, 7 minutes by car. Yet, it took them 57 minutes to deliver the food that came cold also, the fries looked like was cooked yesterday.Very not recommend.Choose Popeyes instead.

As usual food came as the driver was fighting with the meal, Potato looks old, and as always something is missing

Loved the food, fresh and yummy, fast and good service, one thing i didnt like is the chairs, the floor is so slippery that the chair and the table moves..

Ordered online from kfc in murroor waited from 9pm until 1am no food yet called customer care good guys system not working since I called them..Called more than 15 times no use..They are so irresponsible and do not care what is happening.. Experienced very very poor service this evening.Dissapointed as a regular customer. Got order completely wrong after repeating it 4 times. Hoping guest service invests in etiquette and listening to the customer. Wont be back.

Very bad experience . I have felt like they were insulting us as we where having some problems with the order they where not answering properly and they said some lame excuses the supervisor was very rude one philippine lady I dont know her name she said something which we cannot even believe. I never expected such an experience from kfc I will never comeback to this outlet. Please if kfc is taking responsibility have a training for how to talk to guest properly

This KFC branch is very bad in terms of food dispatch. They kind of discriminate food quality and not once or twice but I have experienced many times. First they give low quality food to for less priced list item. for example you get a very low quality snacker sandwich and a twister when you order a low priced menu and while you find these items rather good quality if you order a priced item. It doesnt stop there, they also somehow change the food quality according to the customer on counter. Today they did the worst, almost burnt chicken piece received (probably reheated multiple times) and I also didnt find my Large add on Coleslaw for which I paid extra 7 AED.

Regular KFC outlet with limited seating. This outlet is next to take away Pizza Hut outlet and has ample parking available.This KFC outlet gets very busy on weekend evenings and you may find difficult to find seating space for a family.This outlet is recommended for take away due to easy parking and also for dine in during off peak hours. Avoid going here with large family on weekends.

Worst staff specially from Africa they behave like thugs to customer dont even care to have conversation wont listen to orders and doesnt give a receipt,,worst KFC outlet

Its always a favourite destination for everyone who loves food. here there is no much rush for the food and hence we are able to get the order on our table within few minutes after ordering. testes are similar to every other KFC outlets. due to low crowd we will have very good privacy and they say best destination for making dinner

Just ordered 6 chicken pieces with fries.The fries was cold and like rubber. The chicken was horrible as well. This is by far the worst KFC ever.The lady at the counter stuffed me and my friends order... We paid for two cokes and a water each... Only asked for one Coke each.....We worked late and was very hungry... What a disappointment......

Its true KFC is a fast food place but delicious too...I like to tell all that try spicy French fries of KFC 😋😋😋😋😋😘😘😘 love it..

The ground floor is a bit congested as the dining area is small but there a lot of tables on the first floor. You can also find the wash area and toilet on the first floor as well.

Located at the best possible place. KFC is world known for their food and it is the same here. Good seating arrangement, over all everything is good.

Dinner meal is good ..little oily foods. Crusher and cheese cake is great. They offer delivery thats much comfortable. Also they give offers on online booking.

Best KFC location on al moroor street. Lots of car parking and large dining area. Most of the time, the food is served fresh and at best standards. Next to pizza hut.

I really love KFC...especially that the food quality has dramtically improved over the past 2 years to be more specific. They have a lot of meals that are very tasty and addictive! I would highly recommend the Mighty Zinger which is a big and fulfilling sandwich, and the super supreme and twister sandwiches. I would also strongly recommend the Zinger Shrimpo meal for shrimp lovers. In general all their meals are nice....except for few some. Ohh! And not to forget....the spices of their broasted chicken is another story!! 5 stars all the way

Ordered surf and turf got 1 piece of chicken most of it was bone and the other piece were wing. I have been eating chicken for a while , yes you heard me for a while who serve wing as a chicken piece?Kfc needs to stop insulting the customer and humiliating there brand and serve some decent food . My best restaurant all over the world

Its okay,not the best kfc sandwiches i had,not the best lit or cleanest branch either,its just a meh alright kfc sandwich to have if you are really starving and have nothing better to eat around,soo its worth waiting an hour or two for the home cooked meal of you do have that option.
