When going to this KFC and eating in, there is no problem. However, once you get it delivered, that is when the drama begins. Orders are late most of the time, the food is cold and soggy by then and often the order is missing some of its items. A driver was very rude towards me the one time that I was given a completely different order. I think it was for someone else.

Multiple delivery orders that were wrong and I overpaid for what was delivered. The staff doesnt seem to be capable of preparing the right order. Can only recommend ordering from another vendor.

Another great addition to the fast food dining experience at affordable price for the mall goers of Central Mall is KFC at the upper floor of the mall. The place is clean and attractive to the customers, and the crew are friendly and nice.

Slowest delivery time ever. If you expect a delivery to be made in a certain time-frame, put at least 30 minutes to an hour alongside that, or just order in advance. Unrealistic.

If i could only give 0 star. I would give 0 star. I order online 2 hours ago and up until now the order didnt arrived. The kfc is just 10 mins drive to my home. My order should arrive 10.19 pm and its already 11.37 and my order still didnt arrived. I was so dissapointed on their service . I even called 5 times just to followup my order and decided to cancel my order. Everytime i order theres always some issue. Most of it its always delay but this time its unacceptable. Their delivery guy called 10. 54 and until now the food is not coming. I even tried to call him for like 10 times and he never pick the phone. He always cancel my call. Such a bad service. Customer service also doesnt help you at all. They just dont care.!! When i say i want to cancel the order they said ok.i ask whkch branch the food its coming and found out its from central mall khalifa city a. Such a bad service and will never order food with them. !
