Always been my favorite since I was a kid.I even have the entire collection of Kiddie Meal until I reach 10 years old. But not gonna lie, I am still into collecting those from time to time which one incident happened around this month. I ordered through a Third Party and they gave me a wrong toy, in which I went to the store few days ago for a meal and they gave me a survey sheet. I actually forgot about the incident until I saw the complaint section. So I write it down and later on, the crew approached me and said that her Manager will talk to me. The Manager talked to me and took my number just incase they will have the stock for the toy I actually ordered. I like how they handle their customers and some may dislike the interior of the store but I love it. Its so cute.Will always be my favorite especially the Jolly Spaghetti.

The most stupid meal Jollibee UAE did. And the ambiance is kinda weird because of the lantern and plastic plants. It feels like am entering a cheap spa center.

The worst delivery experience ever!I did an order the manager told me approximately it will take 30 - 40 minutes. I waited for one hour and called again the same manager told that he will track the driver. After more tem minutes he called me to he FORGOT the order and ask me to wait for more fifteen minutes to prepare again.I canceled the order. Totally without respect with the guest. After all he dare to call me my friend. If one manager dont deserve friends and guest this is the one!

Nice Jollibee fast food restaurant in the middle of Abu Dhabi City on Al Falah Street. The restaurant is cozy, clean, and very spacious with outside tables and seats. The food also tasted great. The crew is also courteous. Prices are affordable as well. Kids and family will no doubt enjoy the welcoming Filipino atmosphere of the restaurant, open to all nationalities.

They have one of the best bubble tea. Hygienic environment and fast to prepare orders( for pick up). I enjoyed their fast service.

They are a fast food chain just like KFC, SFC etc. They are specialized in their chicken, burger and rice items. They have meal option, buckets and many more. I love their chocolate sundae which is really tasty. Fries are good as well. Definitely a good place to visit.

I was so excited to go to jollibee in alfalah branch to eat breakfast, I ordered 1pc chicken with rice and burger steak, i was almost half eating my food when I found something on my chicken, it looks like a green dishwashing sponge 🤮🤮🤮🤮. I returned it back to cashier and say sorry and replaced it with new chicken but my appetite was gone..it’s very disappointing!!! Nasty!! And disgusting 🤮. That will be my last! Never again to jollibee. Watch out with the food they are serving guys.

I ordered food today and it was not even rush hour. It came more than an hour after. I also mentioned in the special comment that i need change but the rider didnt have the proper change so i ended up paying more than the amount for a service that is an hour late! I dont mind giving tips but not with this kind of service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with your UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! @11pm 28Dec 2020, so embarrassing moment when we have visited to this place Al falah branch. First things front liner need to be trained proper manner and how to deal in fairly treatment to their valuable customer. Must be concent proper attention dealing with custome. The staff who prepared the order just be active status. Dont teach them to lie,when the time asked I need to talk your manager,what is their response is out not the branch already, Im not believe on that time out of the site already the superior.My recommendation all staff specially front liner will undergo comprehensive training.Salamat

We came last night and ordered bucket 79 and we added 5 order of rice plus 1 water. We supposed to dine this time but they will be closing 10:00pm so we decided to take out our order, likewise there has a curfew also at that time.Unfortunately upon taking out our order, we found out that the 5 rice extra order and water has not been in our take away bags.Its just very disappointed, when you are hungry and suddenly there has no rice on it😔. You must have to make sure all the orders is inside the bags before giving it to your customers as they pay already the bill and they entrusted you to make it....hope they will be more attaintive with the customer orders at any given time.

For delivery, 1 Hour is enough to deliver in Al bateen area since the location of InterContinental Hotel is not hard to find. But its delayed for almost 40 mins. It shows also in the data that its not busy that time I placed an order.

Great to have Jollibee around Abu Dhabi. Delicious fried chicken meals to enjoy! However, the spicy chicken is not as tasty to the Filipino taste buds. Its more spicy. I hope they can make a survey as to which the Filipino can taste and enjoy.

Everytime we order jolibee they told me 45 mins it takes more than an hour delivery we always order jolibee. please trained your driver properly. they dont know exactly where is the location its annoying. im not happy at all.

The fried chicken definitely earns the title chicken joy.

Its a nice place but I want very please with the taste I had a the double yum burger which was fresh burger patties was juicy but not enough flavour. I also tried the hotdog the beef dog was good but the bread was a bit stale which was breaking easyly. Im guessing its something that doesnt move. The chicken was good could have been a little more juicier. The spicy variant is spicy but the spice felt raw. The place is good packed on all days of the week. Predominantly with the kabyan crowd. The menu I would say is tailored for them to. Mostly rice and chicken and speghetti. Im sure many others like it hence the packed place, but it just didnt appeal to my tastebuds.

Everytime we order for delivery. There is always a bad experience.1st ordered 2 piece chicken when we turn around the chicken it has no skin. 2nd and most of the time experience in delivery Chicken is like cooked 4 hours ago and not fresh also too dry. TAZA IS THE BEST!!

Quality is good and so clean restaurant , but no choices of middle size meal (either small meal or bucket of 6) so they force you to buy additional quantity by piece which will make the price of 3 or 4 pieces massive as compared to KFC or Chicken Texas!

Okay, for an American expat, the first surpriseis that US fast food tastes better here in Abu Dhabi than in the States. So KFC is pretty good. Jollibee blows it out of the water with the right balance of crunch, salt, and chicken skin and fat. It isnt particularly healthy to eat fast food all the time, but as comfort food, fried chicken cannot be beat, and it is really good here at Jollibee. The 1 AED soft serve ice cream is a favorite as well. Dont forget to book your angioplasty.

I mean, whats not to love? Jollibee is Jollibee. Filipino blood is composed of 50% patriotism and 50% Jollibee gravy. Its always a place to get your no.1 comfort food especially when home sickness comes knocking at your door. Though we would suggest if there would be a combo meal with 2 chicken joys, a rice and spaghetti with large fries and iced tea. Please Jollibee kindly work on that LOL. Lastly, faster service would make it perfect.

What more can I say? Its Jollibee! Even my 2 year old daughter can pronounce Jollibee. They have good package meals and e-vouchers which is great! They deliver food fast as well.

I ordered 2 chicken with spagh buy one take one so that’s 4boxes. I was excited about it but only 2 boxes arrived. I called the delivery guy to recheck but he only insisted to call jollibee which i did multiple times but my goooodd noone picked up even once. Very upsetting!!

Hurting incidentToday jollibee makes my day bad. I reached at 11:35 pm and I know that the outlet will close 12pm. I joined in the Q and there were people came after me also. When it was my turn I ordered 1 bucket(6 pcs) the cashier(I dont want to mention the name) told me that it will take half an hour. As I was eagerly waiting for Jollibee, I told her that I can wait without thinking. While I said, she was telling to me that the chicken is finished only burger can order(then Y she said I need to wait for 30 mnts?).It is an insult to me that the people came after me they are placing orders and I felt depressed.I decided that I will not visit Jollibee again.
