If you have a bad stomach, eat some Texas chicken which will result to a clean stomach.So, I had ordered a 10 pcs chicken, 10 pcs strips combo on 25-07-21 night.The chicken as you can see looks like over-burned and completely tasteless also had smell like a dried fish!Well, As this was my first Texas chicken, I thought it was something their secret ingredient!! My bad.The very next day, my entire family had hit diarrhea! A very bad day and a very bad experience.I guess what they give was old fried chicken which was cooked again!Anyway, Lesson Learned and get a clean stomach for everyone.

Worst fried chicken I ever had. Texas used be the best. But eating after a long time it is now worst. Chicken is so smelly,oily and seems rotten. Furthermore the waiting time is long.

Slow online delivery service. Food takes at least 90 minutes to reach even though the outlet is 20 minutes away by car. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your energy with this branch. The chicken burger smells like burnt plastic and it’s cold. The french fries was cold but if it came hot it would taste really good. Their chicken nugget is cold, rubbery, bland and tasteless. Texas branch located 3rd floor, in food court amongst with other branded restaurants.high number of tables.I had tried tender meals , it was delicious.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. 7dhs for delivery charges, but they took to delivery 2 hours. chicken taste not so good. I wont suggest this to anyone.

This restaurant is not better for chiken. Also they make food in too much time . If you come on restaurant you will not come again. The workers are very slow and non educated they dont know how to deal and talk with costumer also their behaviour is not good.

The worst servicing outlet when it comes to online delivery. The order is always late and food is pathetic. Out of the 5 times I ordered since the pandemic started the earliest order I received took 1 hour and 32 mins and the longest one took 2hrs 15 mins which I declined to accept. The latest being today, It was so salty and felt like they did not shake salt over it instead they dipped the chicken inside the salt. Never ever again shall I order from this particular outlet at Dalma Mall.

I ordered a chicken strip meal and it was terrible. The chicken strips taste like they have been sit there for a long time. The biscuits were very hard and falling apart. Only thing good about the meal was the soda.

In the states this is called Churchs Chicken. Tastes the same and is always my favorite place to go for great chicken.

Food was bad and not tender like other Texas restaurants, this is the first time i try it in Abu Dhabi, but i liked Dubai branches much more, the staff also forgot to add the white sauce, i had to ask, after i took the food i discovered she forgot to add bread, no interest in serving the customer, was the least professional texas branch i have seen in years
