You need to make an appoinment to get a prompt service. Customer service is good, they also provided shuttle car for customers by request. It takes almost 4 to 5 hours for minor service. Price will depend on your car condition. Waiting lounge is available in upstair. It equipped with high chair so you open your laptop while waiting. It was cozy waiting lounge but cafe still not opened yet. So better you bring your own snack while waiting.

Hello,Timing was good, it took around 3 and half hour for a major service, the only think i noticed is the tire pressure monitor was on before the service and still is on after means no body checked it really.

Very professional. All faults are checked and customer is advised if there are any additional costs. 1 draw back no drop off and pick up service for clients you have to use a taxi.

Service Center is good. However, no service agent/ officer comes ahead to ask me about my appointment for service until I had to ask them whether someone attend me as there was no reception.

Best Service Experience went there the other day for service of my CAR and i must say it was one of the best service experience i had, the staff, building standard of service everything outstanding. Mr. Shahid (service rep) was amazing in dealing, he explained everything in detail and made sure to listen what concerns i had and they have been rectified. Would recommend strongly to chose this center and try for your self.

Incompetent. Received an estimate which would cost a few thousand dirhams. It turned out that only 1 issue was needed and cost was 190 ofcourse done some where else.

Where you meet with indian and having a very bad services.I got my car with same problem and they took 300 aed for nothing.

Incompetent mechanics who don’t repair the car correctly the first time. It’s a guessing game everytime they try to fix an issue. Bought a brand new suv from them and within one year, it has been a nightmare. Faulty cars being repaired by faulty mechanics. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

Service centre is not a good working .three time my driver went for the service. And he complained that break is not working properly. But they not repair. And they say check no check now .but the result is zero. When we complain to the manager then they solve the problem.
