No option for below one rating.Amount taken and the service given are not at all matching. They dont even clean the car properly. Thats what they say it as service.They didnt attend the problems informed and hold the car for 2 days for no reason.Total disappointment. Worst servicing I saw.

Poor service,Not attending phone calls,I bought a pajero from Al futtaim Automall, abudhabi on 27 May 2021. 1st week itself I found a problem and talked to customer care, they told me to book an appointment and bring car. I got an appointment after one week, delivered the car to service centre and they give me car after three days in the same condition. Next day again i went the service centre and they told me to wait for the spare parts approval, till now he is not replying me. I was calling the service team head for two months, he is not replying my call. Now my car battery had issues and it’s not starting, still they are not attending call.

The car bought from Al Futtaim has issues, though I was assured it is in perfect condition when I bought it. I am trying to chase for repair, since it is still under the warranty, but they ignore all my complaints. Never ever I recommend to believe their warranties and avoid dealing with Al Futtaim by all means.

Found out the car we purchased was involved in a multi car crash, trying to return the car but they are not responding to our requests. Would not use this company ever again.Update:-So someone posted a reply to this but they deleted the response before I could read it.

Absolutely terrible. Myself, friends and partner have bought cars through Al Futaim. Whilst their warranty is still active they will find “no problems”. As soon as their warranty expires then they find problems.I took my car to the AD service centre 3 times because the engine light was on. Every time they reset it and said no problem. Then the light would come on again after driving a short distance. I had to drive to Dubai to get the problem fixed.My partner took her car into the Centre (again whilst under warranty) with a problem with the acceleration. They AGAIN said no problem. Then one week later after the warranty expires the car completely stops whilst at a roundabout. They then said there was a leak in a pipe which broke the engine.Costing her thousands.I question the competency of everyone at the AD service Centre and would recommend everyone avoiding purchasing from Al Futtaim.

The worst car showroom ever visited.Last week we went for buying used cars.The staff present there was to rude behavior.They were like we if you want or else get out from here. The worst part is that they are charging 500 dirham for test driving for each car. What on earth???Please never even visit this showroom

Show room over promises and the Service Center acts as if they have no obligations towards the statements made by them.Car was kept at the Service centre for approximately 8+ days without proper information to what is the status on the repairs, raised a complaint and was told the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hours. After 48 hours complaint was still pending with the manager (Mr. Gopan). When contacted him via e-mail explaining the issues I received a call from him saying “THE EMAIL IS TOO LONG FOR HIM TO READ”. When unhappy how the manager handled the case i tried re-raising this issue via live chat where i was told i will receive a call from the happiness centre which i am awaiting to receive till date.Car was delivered fixed partially stating GPS SD card required “AIR ORDER”After a week or two when I noticed the car’s re-circulation mode didn’t function properly took the car back to the service centre where when I expressed them the issue and informed them that sand gets through the vents to which Mr. Gopan asked me where do I drive my vehicle, I suppose Mr. Gopan doesn’t realize there is ample of sand throughout the city.Kudos! For Mr. Gopan for his example and I quote him. “If I wear this mask there is no guarantee that I won’t get corona”P.S when asked Mr. Gopan for the number of the manager at the showroom he said he doesn’t have it & when I told him I will visit the showroom personally suddenly I receive a call ten minutes after I leave the Service centre asking me to note down the number.Furthermore, I wont include any emails, transcripts or documents which will support the claim that I am making. (reason being these emails can or are confidential and if any Al Futtaim or liable entity wants to review them can simply email me)In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part.

Take longer time to fix. Never inform the price clearly before fixing. The lady staff was rube when I asking for the manger number, she just told me that I not allowed to have his number, if want to speak with him I have to come back in other time. I ask when he will be back, she just told me he is out for meeting and not sure when he back. Den she ask me it’s I want discount she can give me. But I say just want to speck with him about how she treat a customer in the way that she speck with me, not I want discount since like looking down on me is what I feel. I can’t remember her name she was sitting just Infront of the glass door not the women that sit beside near to the glass door.

I recently booked a 60,000 KM service for my Audi A8. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and friendliness I was treated at Automall Service Center, Mussafah.Mr. Abdallah El Chayeb and Ms.Rehana Shah looked after me in a very professional manner. I couldnt have been more happy with the service provided. Well done and keep it up. Good and friendly customer service unfortunately is not the norm these days.

Al Futtaim is a fraud, cheaters.They charge 850 dhs for a normal 5000 km service (not major) for my Yaris hatchback at 58,000km.I usually pay for Grand Cherokee 800 dhs for 10,000 km service at Western auto.Never go to Al Futtaim auto service..they are bastards
