Osama AL Ateia ( Certified Service Consultant ) Musafah , since I bought in my car for checkup , had a little rattling noise from my convertible hard top , Engineer. Osama was so professional, he identified my convertible problem and fixed it in a couple of days , also he identified other minor issues with my BMW car suspension system and was resolved too .I would really like to thank you Engineer. You may think that they have good service deals, but you’re better off at another proper service place. 1,000 km after the last service session, I had an overheating engine issue, which turned out to be from the lack of engine coolant. after I sent it they told me that there’s a leakage along with a ton of other issues with my car. So the question is why didn’t they find some of these issues during the car service session. Therefore the service sessions are so basic that any issue in the car won’t be detected unless you pay 1,500+ for an inspection then you’ll find simple issues that will cost you 10,000, which is exactly what happened with me. (Note: My car has only 50,000 km mileage)

I am writing to you in regards to the latest repair to my vehicle following the damage to the interior, which appeared while it was at the BMW Service Center in Mussafah. When I brought the car to you on Monday the 24th midday, you told me that the damaged part would be replaced and the car would be available for collection by close of business on Monday. You texted me later on yesterday at 15:20 to say that “I got approval to replace door handle but the available part have scratches so I ordered another part from other branch will arrive tomorrow”. Imagine my surprise when I got back to my home to find out that the door handle was not replaced, but rather just the damaged resin part. It is quite depressing to have a bad service experience to start with, only to be lied to my face, and to be disconvenienced by not having access to my car for another day, out of no fault of my own.The current experience with the BMW Service Center has convinced me that the new car I was planning to buy will not be a BMW. I will never use the BMW Service Center in Mussafah again, as the experience has been deeply disappointing and lacking the kind of standard I would have expected from someone that holds the brand of BMW in Abu Dhabi. I will convey my experience to my colleagues so that they avoid going through the same.I attach a screenshot from whatsapp with the messages that you sent me to refresh your memory.

I purchased My bmw car and do service contract with them for 2 years.. anything happens they cooperate with me and fixed the issue .. agency is so good in mainting the issues in your car but they are expensive (this is the only thing I faces) otherwise staff is super polite and cooperative..

The staff were super friendly and informative. I needed a spare part and they quickly arranged and guided me even places where i can get my car repaired. They take COVID precautions and you feel safe inside

Generally BMW service centre is the best .Most importantly I haven’t seen a service advisor from all cars agency’s I bought from Almasaood ,Merceds ,etc....The staff name ALKARAMA ALDEIAB from the bmw mussafah service centere .She’s very very helpful and advisable personI took my car to her and whene she explained to me the service repotShe explained to me every single bit by photos and videos and that’s I haven’t seen on the other agency’s .Best which to the company and alkarama

I called three times to set an appointment to bring my car and no one called me back each time. The lady on the phone kept transferring my phone call to another department and each time no one picked up the phone. I hated how I was treated and will no longer take my BMW to this location. I couldnt believe they just kept putting me on hold and no one could service my car. Horrible customer service.

Mr Osama is the best service advisor. Always kind reception full of understanding and compassion and everything is done in an agreed time.

Bad service for a tire check that takes more than an hour

I was surprised by the level of service, I had heard a few times of negative stories from BMW service in Dubai, so was not expecting much from BMW Abu Dhabi. Actually I was super impressed by the level of service provided by Mario at the Mussafah service centre, was extremely helpful and I could tell he cared about me the customer. I am happy to come back.

Service is good and the staff are friendly. Besides from Sunday to Thursday full time, the service is also open on Satruday (from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm half day), which is convenient for those who require minor services.

It is not what you expect a BMW service to be like. I had a problem with my new car, but they would not provide a loaner car. I dropped off the car on a Monday and it did not go into the workshop until Thursday. We have a queue they said, my car is under warranty!. The car should have been done Thursday afternoon at 0400 pm I arrived at 0445 and it is now 0515 and Im just getting into my car.Im re-editing my review because it has just gotten worse. I was barely out of here and realized that my car is still not fixed.

Exceptional customer service and quality of job comparing to the market here in the UAE.I was shocked by how badly the requested service for my car was handled by AGMC, issues remained unsolved and all kind of warranty coverage issues..So I had to take it over by a recovery service and handle it to Abu Dhabi motors, and they have been working on my car for over a week now doing everything they can to deliver the car in the best condition, I took the car for one specific job which is the engine fault, and they have done their own inspections to find out a lot of different issues like gearbox leak, suspension, ac, and so on..all these issues were not shared by AGMC and I also had to pay them money to do the inspections there!Abu Dhabi motors covered everything under my warranty, and they didnt mind offering me an extended services and warranty.. Such a comfort dealing with them.Update:All the needed parts have been changed, Absolutely satisfied..Special thanks to syrosh for the follow up with my car.
