However, I just called to ask for a full car paint for my Audi and the answer was. We are busy. Now, if you are busy, thats a good sign, but at least ask me when I want the paint or, yes we can do it but we need more time because we are busy. If the owner or a manager is reading this. Amazing service, was kept updated each step of the inspection and repair works. Had previously been quoted a considerable amount more for the same repair works and kunio did the same job with better service for a way better price.

As an expat in the UAE, finding a good garage had been an almost impossible task. I had so many bad experiences with other garages that would give the impression they knew mechanical repairs, only to have my vehicle poorly repaired or over charged for poor workmanship and non existent faults. I was recommended to use Kunio by a colleague and when I met the owner Ali, I finally found someone with a great technical knowledge and understanding of how to treat customers. I took my Alfa Romeo there after a third party caused damage to the front bumper. Firstly, they were the ONLY body repair shop who bothered replying to my e-mail enquiry and they also subsequently followed up with telephone call too.When I visited Kunio Auto to show them the damage, Mr. Ali was very attentive and listened carefully to my request. He also took the time to show me some repairs they were working on. Theses ranged from small body repairs to full car restorations.The quality of their work is unsurpassed in Abu Dhabi. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and their customer service and I arranged a time to deliver my car too them.They kept me informed of how the work was progressing and even sent me videos via WhatsApp so I could see.The repair they carried out was perfect. There is zero sign of the damage and their prices are very reasonable.If you require car bodywork, I strongly suggest you consider them.

I came to this workshop due to an online advertisement to paint the front bumper of my Nissan Pathfinder.Totally overprized and low quality outcome, even if they claim to paint Ferrari World car seats. The paint layer has now started to crack 2 months after it and they state it does not have warranty.Not coming back and publishing this review. I guess all those 5-star reviews were just from customers pushed to make them and get the typical discount on the next time you come.

I have been to them few times already and I must say they deliver excellent customer service. The service Kunio Auto provide is so helpful. They came to my house to collect my car and then serviced it. It did need some repairs and Kunio Auto were brilliant with providing me with options. They even took my car for its annual testing at ADNOC which made the re-registration process so easy for me. A big thank you in particular to Zaheer who saw the process through from start to finish. I took my car this morning in for a second opinion, having been quoted over 2500 Dhs. for suspension work. I was surprised to be told that the repairs were unnecessary. Not only was I saved a lot of needless expense, but the staff managed to diagnose and fix a noise which I had thought was caused by worn shock absorbers. I was even more surprised to be told there was no charge, although I insisted on tipping the staff for their trouble. Such honesty is rare indeed.

Received a very professional and excellent service.I had a scratch on the front bumper of my car, not only did Kunio remove the scratch, they also went around my car and removed all of the smaller scratches free of charge.The price was excellent and the service received was very good.I would like to specifically thank Zaheer, who provided me with a great service and I now contact him directly if anything is wrong with my car. Id first got to know about Kunio through their excellent online reviews and my experience is no different. Ive got my car serviced/repaired from Kunio couple of times now and each time, the experience has been very pleasant and the charges reasonable.Very recently, my car had what looked like a major issue and my concern was exceptionally handled by Zaheer who with the Kunio team went beyond normal means to address and fix. All of this with genuine concern for the customer including limiting the costs involved to the best of their abilities.Ive found the entire team to be very friendly professionals and needless to say, Kunio Auto (and my friend Zaheer) are the people I trust my car with as they have shown multiple times that they care for it as much I do.

Showed up at 9 am to get my brake pads changed. Had to wait 30 minutes for the person in charge to show up and when he did, he said service cannot be rendered immediately and I had to leave the car. Left extremely frustrated and had it done on the spot somewhere else

Hello. I have a special experience at Kunio Auto because they are really honest and reasonable price. Not like other workshop in Mussafah. I came from Dubai because I couldnt find good autoshop. I had an engine problem, but they found the issue and fix it properly. One beautiful thing is they always used original parts. You can believe this shop. I just did my Cars 5000 km Minor Service at Kunio Auto Yesterday. Great location, easy to find and the Workshop is neat looking and well maintained. I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty. It started running really rough. After watching endless YouTube videos on how to fix the thing and swapping out the spark plugs, ignition coils, and injectors among other things to no avail, i it to Kunio auto and they diagnosed an ECU fault. They had the jeep running sweet again for very little cost. Extremely happy with the service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I had technical issue with the driver door window motor for which Agency as well as another garage had recommended me to replace. I was looking to move away from Agency repair and maintenance as they were turning out to be expensive as always and was looking out for auto garage options online. After spending good amount of time narrowing down the list, decided to try Kunio Auto based on the outstanding reviews they had.When I visited Kunio Auto, I told them to replace the window motor and they said they will check and let me know the price for replacement. After car inspection, I got a call from Service Advisor saying that there was dirt accumulated in and around the motor which they cleaned, and the window was working fine and there was no need of replacement. This saved me the replacement cost of motor which was AED 850+ quoted by agency and others. And then I understood why Kunio Auto has such exceptional reviews. After that I have visited multiple times for maintenance service and other technical issues and never dissatisfied. They will recommend and carry out repairs only if necessary and not otherwise.Both service advisors Zaheer and Jeff are excellent and very helpful. I would recommend Kunio Auto to all who are looking for good quality of service at a reasonable price.

This garage is amazing for diagnostics. They found a problem with my car that even the dealer couldnt find. The dealer just wanted to fit parts and try without any guarantee it would fix the problem. Kunio diagnosed a problem in some network communication and fixed it very cheaply compared to the dealer. Thank you kunio. I will always come back and tell all my friends too.

Very knowledgeable staff. Supported by a uk qualified engineer they not only serviced my car as per the manufacturers recommendations they also solved the problem of why my car start/stop system wasnt working. Apparently it was due to an incorrect battery being installed. They replaced the battery and programmed it and my car is as good as new. Good job guys.

These guys are ripping people off.My example:Parts quoted: 1900 DHM - I got original parts from part shop for 1100.Labour quoted: 2400 DHM (over 10 hours of work) - I got work done from another mechanic (one man) in 2.5 hours.Total cost as per Kunio 4400 DHM - Fixed in another shop for 1500 DHM.So, double check your quote in another shop, parts also! And now they would probably answer we do installation professionally.. bla bla..

Thank you to Zahir and the team for their fantastic service. I would highly recommend trying Kunio motors for their no nonesense approach, customer service and honest feedback. I have used them for 2years plus now and haven’t had any issues with the work they have completed whether it’s a simple filter change or more technical like replacement of pneumatic suspension. They have sourced branded and similar parts and arranged transport for the vehicle. Their prices are reasonable and would beat most branded garages. I’ve only been charged you for work I needed doing as opposed to work I might need!

When i insisted on fixing the dent he was charging me 5x more than the market price... Not recommended**UPDATE**Since you have replied to my review, let me clarify that the bonnet was not in bad shape at all and the other shop fixed the dent within 5 minutes and repainted it (at an extremely reasonable price). Secondly, I didnt come when you were closed and there were cars there being repaird. In fact one of your guys was already having trouble fixing another car (and the customer looked quite frustrated to be honest). I dont care whether you paint ferraris or work for BMW, all I shared was my extremely bad experience with your shop.

Audi A7. I found the service 2 months ago. I paid for full car inspection at around 500 dhs. After checking they told me car is perfect just need to replace some of the spark plugs and replace oil.They ordered the plugs from a diller ,approximately for real diller price and I appreciate it. No questions. But It was a bit strange when they refused to change my transmission liquid. I was told we can, but there is no warranty that you can start your car after flushing. So quality of service..I do not recommend. For another example I had warning on display (start/stop system not available) I never asked them to investigate or fix that warning but they told me, it’s because you have wrong type of the battery. If you replace the battery the error will disappear.I thought why not and had bought new battery.The error wasn’t disappeared. But they sold me the battery. Very nice. However despite of this I returned to that service again, when I I had problem with radiator due to face with a curb. They just replaced it with the mounting. I wasnt offered options to repair it, however I showed the photo of broken parts In another service, and they showed me how easily could be fixed the similar issues. Except of this they missed a lot of things when was doing full car inspection. The choice is Up to you, but I can’t suggest that service.

After looking around Abu Dhabi for a garage and auto repair you can trust and depend on, finally found the right place. I’m very impressed with the service provided and the turn around time as well. I sent my car for paint and fixing some parts that fell off a while ago which took ages for the other garages to just find me the spare parts. I found myself going back again for engine oil and filter service and any other fixing that needs to be done. From the employees to the management to the owners are truly high class service providers. I recommend this place to everyone no matter the model of the car you have. I sent my sophisticated 2009 Jeep SRT8 and I left the place a happy customer. Thanks Ali and Zaheer and all the other staff!

Very excellent garage run by a very educated mechanics. I’ve been dealing with a problem for 7 months with my mercedes CLS63 and went to 5 different garages including German Experts, none were able to find the problem with my car, i had my engine disassembled 3 times and the problem was still there. I later on took it to PP performance whom claimed to know what the problem was and were still not able to find the problem 3 weeks into working on my car. i gave Kunio Auto a visit and they were able to find the problem and fix it within 3 days. i’m glad i’m working with this garage and i know for sure i will not be disappointed if i ever face any other car problem again.

A diamond in the rough.I found Kunio after I purchased my car (with no service history) 15months ago. I took it first for a complete inspection, Zaheer gave me a breakdown of the emergency needs, risks and save for laters. The price quoted was beaten at the point of invoice and communication and efficiency perfect. Since that first visit I have only used kunio and every single time (wether routine service, complete breakdown recovery to kunio or investigating a leak) Kunio has been honest, hardworking and value for money.Obviously the car I bought has been abused in the past. Therefore I can vouch for kunio for everything from a.c. replacement, axle boots, window regulators, engine mountings, light bulb replacements and much much more. The estimated price is never pushed, they strive to do better and give me the option of top quality genuine dealer parts or will even try to source used if I so wish.They really seem to care for customer wishes and individual situation. I am writing this as zaheer is going out of his way late at night to deliver my car so I have it ready for school run in the morning.I honestly couldnt ask for more.
