After several reparations, they couldn’t fix my car even after giving guarantee of the repair ... unnecessary repair and costs.. would not recommend going here.. no high level... and never came back on my costs I made for nothing .. no good service

I do not intend on returning to this workshop again. Very unhappy overall with the service Ive received, quality of work and managerial etiquette.

Terrible service, DONT GO HERE. Went to get my Jeep wrangler for a check up and when I left the engine light came on and one of the front lights had gone orange?! They were not like this before, the lights had been working fine. I had already paid them for this work. I messaged them as soon as I got home and they saw the message and didnt reply. I messaged them again and again, after 2 days all they said was that they hadnt done anything to the lights... But they said nothing about the engine light coming on. I kept messaging them and kept getting ignored. They have messed the lights up when all I wanted was a simple service and then ignored me. I am really not happy with the service at all, very rude to ignore a customer who has been going here for a while now, Ive given them enough chances now so I will be finding somewhere else. AWFUL.

Send a Mini Cooper for over heating, missing, vibration issues, kept car for 45 days. Refused to show changed parts billed over 6.000 AED, opened engine 3 times. Unprofessionals, rude staff and owner made comments on my nationality that they don’t take cars from this nationality. Avoid @ any cost. Don’t get impressed by the garage outlook. They have no idea what they are doing. Simple !!!! Surprised and shocked how they are running this garage

Professional technicians and Good services..The place is very well equipped for all kind of auto repair, paint, elec. & mech. services .. they also do car inspections if you are buying a used car..Another service is they design and build drawers/storage cabinet for all 4x4 cars..The only thing I have to say is the prices are above average so you better negotiate before starting any work to avoid surprises!!

Front Bumper and Rear Bumper had minor scratches, they were repaired efficiently and painted within a day, the color coding was excellent. Very comfortable waiting area, with excellent Tea and Coffee facilities and Wi-Fi. Naeem the Owner is always on hand to advise on any issues regarding the car. Very cost effective, especially for luxury cars just outside their warrantee period. Been using Al Ghazal for the last 10 years without any problems.

Good..owner Nayeem is very honest and informs you the actual reason for any potential repairs after properly diagnosing. Workers are also very helpful and do the job very well. I have been going to them for past six years and will continue to do so.

Ive been to Gazhal twice, one for AC problems and just now for some minor issues.In both occasions I can swear he is a real gentlemen!In addition he is very experienced and a serious professional.The guys fix my AC (condenser and evaporator plus fan) for a price that was one fifth Ford precalculate!All in all they are very kind, honest and truly professional!

Excelent Workshop! I was introduced to Ghazal Al Wadi 2 years ago, when I bought a 2nd hand Ford Focus. The previous owner told me about this workshop and how good they were, technically speaking, and most important, how fair they charged for their service. Since then, I always count on Ghazal Al Wadi to service and fix my cars in any kind of repair.

Send my car for bumper painting and installing fog lights they said it will takes 3 days then i call back after 5 days they said the car is ready and i went there to take my car but i wait again for 2 hours for washing the car +the labour cost very expensive

The only place I trust my car with. Way more affordable then the dealership.

My wife used to fix her Ford escape in this workshop and do the regular service .. they are good.

Took my QX56 in to have the leaking A/C repaired. Was told 3-5 days. Had to call on day 7 only to find out it would take one more day. Get a call telling me its ready on day 8. Arrive and have to wait 2 hours before its actually ready.Dash lights and rear speakers didnt work. Had to leave it for another 3 days. Collect it on day 11 only to find all the additional damage which I didnt notice because it was dark on day 8.Current status is A/C stays cold, fan is 100% on or 0%, trim damaged, front passenger floor mat is ruined, gauge cluster lights occasionally dim making it impossible read the speedo during the day, went without my car for 11 days and had already been charged AED 1,600 and was told I needed to pay AED 1,000 for them to fix their mistakes.

This is a place where I did all my car work and I am completely satisfied with their work and price. I test others but i always recommended Ghazal Al Wadi. they are very sound in their car knowledge.

I will never refer this work shop.Recently I have been there to repair my BMW series 528i, they charged me AED 2,600 to repair my car but did not solved the issue.Later after a week I have visited to their workshops to complain about same issues they again asked me pay big amount.Then I requested their owner to involve in this issue since I have already paid big amount he refused to help also their staff behaved extremely rude so left the workshop immediately and never been their again.Now I am going to an other workshop for any issues and they are really charging less and resolving issues.
