The facility is good, but they charge you for repairs which are not even required in your vehicle. My cousins Expedition 2013 model was sent there and they made an estimate of close to 16K. There were some works suggested which were not required at all.

This people are soo professional and I would like really thanks Mr. Kalanchi Dewage Manoje in the Premier Motors bodyshop for his understanding my problem and his prfsiofisional dealing with my car problems.For sure i will visit them again and I recommend it for all if you are looking for the best customer experience

Friendly people and generally professional staff. Drove the car right into the well lit and clean building the night before. Picked it up the next afternoon after the basic service. 4 stars because the payment process was not smooth (shift change took ages), and there were many staff hanging around seemingly doing nothing while customers waited.

I took my car for service which itself, is already quite expensive. I told the advisor that i am noticing an unusual noise or sound coming from the front of the car hence I asked to get it checked. I was told that if I wanted this to be inspected, there is an extra 300 aed charge! I find this outrageous because I believe the check should be part of the regular maintenance service.

Even after taking an appointment, they make us wait for a turn.. very disappointing!

Get the car inspected for a sound in the engine and they said it is normal!!. When the warranty expire and the problem rises they said 7k for inspection only!!. Then we will see if you want to repair here we’ll exclude these 7k.Though, their timings are v.good. Staff are good also(i mean customer service but technical people not much)

Very bad services at the moment, I have brought my car to maintenance service centre 4 times , waiting for 45 minutes to be seen by the assistant. then to wait for few hours and to get the car fixed, i have paid the money for the spare parts and for two times they told me the card is being fixed and after few days the problem comes back. it seems the engineer are not doing their work well.

Firstly nobody acknowledged me when i stood by the counter until the staff members finished their conversations. Then when they did, they couldnt help me as the internet was down and they had no manual process in place to assist me! All I needed was an air filter and spark plugs for a 2013 Ford F150. Two basic service parts...

Im a ford customer and have been to many for service centres. The special about visiting this branch was to meet Mr. Subha. He was very helpful and cooperative. Delivered the vehicle on time and helped in reducing charges.

Ive had a service agreement with Premier Motors on my car and have therefore been using this Service Center since 2014. With the exception of a few issues here and there over the past four years, their service has been first class.

I want to share my experience with premium ford service center musafah, i must say that they have the some of the worst service adviser i had ever come across i own multiple brand cars but i had never experienced such unprofessional personal in any other service center. while writing this it is almost 02 days when they were suppose to deliver my car back and as of now i am chasing them but service adviser Mr. Subha is not only reachable but not even bothering to call back.This is not the first time since last time after service he called me that the car is ready and i can come and pick it up and he is sending it for wash, i told him i am on the way and will be reaching there in 30 minutes he confirmed by that time card will be ready. I reached there and he asked me to wait after waiting 45 minutes he picked up his tiffen and left saying his bus is leaving and in 5 minutes my car will be with me after waiting another 1 hour i get upset and complained to the personal on the service area desk and then an insult is added to the injury when i come to know the car is still not washed it took them another 45 minutes to handover my car. Pathetic and worst service so please be conscious about this service center,I had decided today not to go to this mussafah service center again at all. I am waiting for their supervisor call back since he was busy but having no high hopes.

Just wait when your car warranty expired then they just want to get ad much as they can of money,After 7 years of car maintenance in Ford service center, they issued me qoutation of 38 k dhs , but I repaired the car outside in musafah by 3 k only,Imagine the difference 35 k dhs only between ford service and Musafah price !

The service is always great although we have to wait as they are very busy. The service staff take time to explain and offer suggestions. Special mention to Tamer, Zayan, Harish, Manjunath, Abdul Aziz and the many more whose name I was unable to remember.

Worst service I ever had. I went there for the regular 20000km service and when I came to pick it up they told me that they have found an issue with the brakes and they already fixed it.... Nobody checked with me and the car is still under the warranty but they still ask me to pay..and recently my check engine light is always ON and they said that the issue is from the filter but ford refuses to cover it with the warranty since it is caused by the law quality of oil here in use!!!

I am very disappointed with the service just did my car routine Sevice last month and they didn’t even told me that i need to replace my car tyres. I checked it yesterday that tyres are cracked. Now I am calling since yesterday to replace my tyres but not getting proper response.

This service was okay, but for the last few years it has been a horrible experience with poor customer service.

Everything is professional here, I liked my experience. The downside is that when I come to pick up my car I have to waiy at least 30 minutes.

Ive always taken my trucks to Ford for service as my thinking is thats the best (not by price) service I can use to maintain my vehicle .After detailed telephone enquiries regarding a new windscreen for my F150 I was advised to bring in my vehicle the new screen would be delivered the next morning from Dubai, for a job that takes 24 hours ( the bonding of the screen takes that long to dry)Dropped of my vehicle around 10am Thursday and then at 4pm get a call to say the screen they just looked at has a scratch and they cant use it... ( now keep in mind they received this first thing in the morning and even wanted me to pay for it when I dropped off the truck at 10am!)So just before closing someone takes a look and discovers the screen is faulty...... that is unprofessional and very poor service. They order a new one ( actually 2) which arrive on Saturday and almost exactly the same scenario happens again with a call in the afternoon to report both of these screens are faulty also, ... another arrives Sunday and guess What?Yep it is faulty too.So after four days of not having my truck and also having to pay for a crappy ford focus , four windscreens which were all not in condition to be installed I went and picked up my truck again, as I needed it for work.Where the hell is the inventory quality control and checking in this scenario, all these screens were sent from Dubai, this was terrible....

Lousy service. i regret buying extension of contract service. you wait 1 hour before your car is received(even if you have appointment) and takes full day for a minor change oil. waste of time. need to revise how your shop is ran.

They have a good service center and they are doing a good job but they will never ever be clear with the customer,, they have to trick you,, you will never know if they will solve the problem or no ,, if they don’t know how to fix it they will try to convince you that this problem exists in all vehicles of the world

Spare part is worst. Tryouts my to get some for my car but the are playing Ping Pong by just putting on one another .Parts section to Service advisor, Service advisor to Reception an reception to Parts again.More than one month and this game is on.On phone the don’t even bother to post up the extension.Pathetic
