Very good experience with them. They offered me an amazing deal. The sales team are friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend two salesmen both named ahmad, even the sales manager is great and he personally follow up and does his best to accommodate the customer needs. Now for the car I bought the qx50 and I love it, the car fuel consumption is very good and the performance is great, on the highway its very stable and the seats and comfortable, it has all the options and feature you need in a car. So I highly recommend this dealership and this particular car.

I asked for a full inspection (250 points) on an Infiniti that I am going to buy. I agreed to do it at dealer despite that it costs one quarter of their prices at other workshops. I paid for it and asked the seller to take the car to workshop on . On the inspection day, I got a call from the maintenance agent who seemed ambivalent and confused about the nature of the job and asked me to provide a proof of payment. I explained to him what I paid for, the amount I paid, who processed my request, and the date and time of the payment. I asked him to check and call back to confirm that everything thing is in order. After one hour, I called to check, since he didnt bother to call. He said that all is well now and assured me that I will get what I asked for.I was furious to get a 30-point check instead of 250 and even that, the engine was not tested. I called the next day to get to know what went wrong. The same dubious agent tried to convince me that they did the right job. After a lengthy argument, he agrees that this wasnt the full inspection and that there is some kind of mistake that he will try to solve. Now it has been a few good hours and I am unable to get anybody to tell me what do or give me my money back.
