I have visited many car agencies, the best welcoming and professional team Ive ever seen during my career or personal. I appreciate every second with this team who spent a lot of time to explain every single detail.

1. They overpriced their parts a simple rubber bushing cost 150dhs which is the normal price in the market same OEM is around 50-60dh, plus they will slam you with another 150dhs for labor even though your car is still under warranty. Simpy they will take money from customer as they can.2. If the part that has problem is under warranty they will still ask you to pay for the labor cost without any service reports no transparency at all.3. I found my car paint also with a deep scratch in the front fender looks like somebody lean in the car.4. They will wash your car after service(which is nice) but will use oily cloth for drying which will leave a lot of watermarks inside and outside your car.

Recently purchased a car from Mazda. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dealt with Sybi personally and can only highly recommend !

Extremely helpful and friendly staff and very nice cars! Theres usually some sort of offer going on, and you can test drive the car you want before hand. Definitely recommend a visit if youre looking to get a new car.

Parking issue..Good service

The salesman was not on the mood! Was not intetested even I wanted to pay 160k!! I wonder how will he treats other customers!

“Warranty upto 160,000km” isn’t true.When you reach payment stage, they get you to sign to agree that you have to do all your oil changes there (900dirhams each) and do all the accidents repairs there. Otherwise the warranty is void.Had I known about this earlier, I wouldn’t have bought a Mazda from Galadari. I would have bought it from a local dealer.

This review is primarily for Mr Usman who is the most helpful person at the centre. Unfortunately I have to agree to a lot of comments, the customer friendliness needs to improve a lot as well customer service, the sales staff and after sales guys do need to keep up with the Mussafah service centre customer service and attentiveness if they want to improve the Mazda and Galadari brand and name in the UAE.

You might go and soend time checking the cars before someone showing up and give you some information. And even when they show up, they are not useful at all!

Very disappointing. Bought second Hand car which was promised 100% OK and tested. After few months so many things to fix, high cost later to replace all the parts which should have been done before selling. There is two sides: Great promises before payment. then the behavior & add cost after payment :-)
