Yesterday we bought small chocolate cake from display at airport road brunch in Abu Dhabi. Considering that it was at least 10th time we buy this cake I know the taste, but this time it was dry, tasteless with strange texture!!! I believe it wasn’t fresh. I called them to inform, but nobody cares. It’s unacceptable. Won’t buy from Cake and Bake again. They cannot keep their standards.

The worst experience ever they didn’t do what I requested and even they took extra money for the required and didn’t follow it and in the same day of delivery they said we can’t do the agreement even with the flowers I ordered wasn’t as agreed everything about it was full mistake. Worse experience ever . I regret that i choosed such place . Up till now even im waiting for the manager to call me but uptill now she’s busy to call a customer who wasn’t served as it should be . Was really sad bad decision out of me to go such place

I ordered for my son’s second birthday and specifically stated the time I would like to have it delivered... I had an outdoor party and so wanted the cake to be delivered at 4:30 but it was finally delivered at 7:00 pm!!The “manager” was not helpful at all and kept giving unreasonable reasons... she said that they had sent a WhatsApp photo for me to confirm my order at 3:30 (which was already sent by me) and that I only replied at 5:00 saying that I am waiting for the cake... she said the delay was because I didn’t answer until 5... like I have nothing else but wait for there what’s app... and what’s worst.. they didn’t call and when asked why... she had no reply and kept going back to me not answering my what’s app...by the time the cake arrived, half the kids left and it was getting dark and I wasn’t able to get any good photos.. she didn’t even compensate me for ruining my sons birthday ... worst service ever and what was shocking was the fact this happened with both my sisters and brother in law before... all of them thought it was a single incident.. now we know that this is how bad they are running their business...Change your customer service, hire a people’s manager and upgrade your delivery... maybe then you won’t have to block my account for publicly stating the facts... instead of owning their mistake... they decide to simply block my account for negative facts I posted.. only a successful business would accept all kinds of feedback ...It is the worst and never again...

Bake and cake never fail to upset me with their poor costumer service.1. I once ordered a cake to be delivered on 1.9 , the driver called me on 31.8 asking for my location as the cake was ready to be delivered to my house2. I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday on 5.5.2019 and asked for it to be delivered at 5:30 pm and it was 6:30pm when they actually delivered3. 17.8.2019 got tons of missed called from the driver asking for payment proof when I was prompt and sent a screenshot to the shop’s WhatsApp account. He failed to check!4. 15.10.2020 asked for the cake to be delivered before 9:30, it was delivered after 10am5. They forgot to bake my baby gender reveal cake but then they did arrange to bake it, however it looked messy5. Today 18.1.2021 I ordered a cake for my nieces birthday to be delivered 3:30pm and they confirmed. I got a call from the shop informing me that there’s no driver. They asked me to send my driver assuming that I have one, when I actually don’t !!!also made two mistakes with my order, didn’t write the correct message, didn’t use the color I picked for the cakes filling

Poor service and now time respect . Waiting in the shop 30 min to take my order which suppose to be ready at 4:00 pm and now is 5:20 and still not received

One of the worst CusTomer service and Deleivary... no respect for the customer at all .... I don’t recommend this place ever!!!

The worst place and experience for the birthday of my brothers boy .... they were late with delivery and their way of responding and dealing outside the scope of respect and logic ... No comment ... they did not even deserve a star !!!
