Staff is very accomodating though communicating via whatsapp only. Suggesting that you must have the payment link option so it will be easier for you to collect payment esp if not COD. But the trust that you are giving to customer is nice one. Smooth ordering, delivered on time. Thank you.

They never do the order as per your request.... Bad communication skills from all stuff...pricrs are reasonable for the quality you get... I only recommend vanilla cake... The rest of the cakes doesnt taste good

They recently revamped the place and upgraded it. Love their cakes but unfortunately the service has consistently been below par. And very arrogant. Just had an experience with their staff Jello who kept rejecting all my requests for a regular choco pistachio cake the next saying they are out of stock. No design, or personalisation required but flat out refusing to even consider. An earnest request to the higher management to have better customer service.

Overall it was not bad experiencei started my order through website with total different respond and expectation which been totally demolished when i been in the store, they destroyed all my special requests with higher prices estimated.cake was fresh and nice but all of my special requests to be implemented in this birthday cake what they claim me a very high price because of them, not even token into them consideration

It was my daughters Birthday and I made advance booking of 2kg Butterscotch cake and to my disappointment they sent vanilla flavor and It was not as fresh as usually you get it from the store.
