It is better to be overcaring of customers than known to be neglecting and lying. At first when I go in, I feel smothered! If I say I don’t need help, thank you I will ask for help when I need it.After trying hard to get rid of someone hovering over me, when I do need help they are not available (acting busy).I had experiences where staff is trying to get me to buy things I don’t want and don’t need. The last time I went, I tried the concealer and foundation and told her ok I want this shade, she gave me both very darker shades and unfortunately I trusted the staff as they’re supposed to be professional. The cashier is usually empty and if she comes she’s in a hurry! Plus they don’t provide birthday gifts.The staff some are rude some are nice but mostly are rude.

Unfortunately I had a very bad shipment service. I paid online and expected to receive the items within 5 days. Sephora’s customers service were really helpful but it wasn’t enough.I tried to communicate with “ Shipa” the delivery company but got no reply from them.I had to send my location via WhatsApp three times even though it was clear and sent to the company before.Please never ever pay online use cash on delivery.I’m still waiting for my package and I got no refund when I asked for it. Again don’t ever pay online.

Nice ladies, especially miss Ghalia and miss Kawthar. I disagree with other reviews about not being helpful. In my opinion I dont prefer pushy sales persons. I prefer getting help when needed only. Otherwise I like having my own time to look around comfortably.

Sephora bwabat al sharq is the worst! I went twice and every time I go the employees are fighting using inappropriate words and attitude, this place is so toxic full off negative energy, yesterday I had to deal with 2 moroccan employees who’ve been so angry and rude, I spent almost 600 Dh, though I asked the lady to give me sample of one of the foundations to try at home, she refused and said they are not allowed to give anymore! WTH? How to buy a foundation if u didn’t try it before? Actually we are not stupid we do travel and this agaiiiiiiiiinst Sephora policy around the WORLD!!!!!! Is it because here they know people have money and they will pay no matter what? Are they making advantage of the locals? Plus I ended up buying a product didn’t match my color! Because the lady lied at me telling me that the product I came for isn’t countenance, though when I checked online it was there and available, omg this branch is the worst!.

The place is the same as any Sephora in UAE clean and tidy. But the employees in this location are the worst instead of helping customers they are just there busy chatting and laughing. I’ve been there more than 4 times but still the worst.

Very bad deal based on deceiving the customer !! Female salespeople are adept at lying at the expense of their own goodI took a foundation from Dior that covered anything in the skin and insisted that we buy it even though we are going to buy a foundation from Brand Thani.

Regarding perfumes, I mean, I bought a new Chanel perfume, about 550 dirhams, unfortunately, there is no persistence or the smell, the smell of losing the price on this perfume, I would not recommend a personal point of view.
