I’ve never given such a bad review, however, I am a gold member in sephora, which means I am a very loyal regular customer, the staff there are very unprofessional, rude, annoying and make you prefer their online shopping app. Although it has many glitches and not that advanced. However it’s still better than dealing with this branch’s employee.

Been in al whada mall with a friend I trying to recommend some item there but instead; the staff who assisted us is quite rude ,instead of telling good thing about what inside the store she insists us that we can buy drugstore products like maybelline and still look better, shame on her she is selling other brands instead her brand.We ended up not buying anything there.We go lifestyle and buy items that we are looking for. thanks to that staff she lost a future regular customer.
