Highly casual, unprofessional, unethical and will never ever recommend to any one at all.My wife paid for two boxes of triplexam ( BP medicine) on 23 Sep, 21, taking one box of medicine readily available upon the assurance that the balance one box would be delivered to my door on 25 Sep ( Saturday). Saturday passed without any delivery and so my wife send a message on Sunday ( 26 Sep) morning. No response at all. So in the evening send reminder again . Since the response was not satisfactory, she called up and talk to the lady in the reception.She was very casual, unapologetic and unprofessional in saying that they have tried arranging from supplier and so on.... when she asked , when exactly would it get delivered, the answer was really surprising....May be tomorrow or day after....without any shame.So she insisted to speak to the store manager who turns out to be another dump head and its pretty clear that why his subordinates responds so unprofessionally.Finally he said, the item would be delivered tomorrow before 1800 Hrs...fingers crossed....Not at all a pleasant experience ....and horrible.Would like to remind every customer to be cautious , while dealing with these guys.

Big disaster.. Poor rules and regulations to customers. I bought a trister glucometer one month ago from life pharmacy dalma mall. A cheating sales boy from kerala suggested me tristar glucometer.. after i bought it, glucometer shows huge difference in readings at the same time. I wasted 15 expensive strips to confirm the error in glucometer.. i wasted another Aed 50 for transportation and submitted glucometer for checking in the delma.mall..they sent the glucometer for checking in there ware house...life pharmacy... after 10 days they gave me a new tristar glucometer with out providing strips... i also tolerated it... once i get the new glucometer, it again shows very different readings...i again called the life pharma...they are telling that there is no option for giving me my money back and again i have to spend another aed 50 for transportation to subitting the replaced second glucometer...the painfull truth behind this experience is that i was unable to know my accurate blood sugar level since last one month due to this cheating and cunning life pharmacy..beware of this pharmacy...they dont bother about people health...they only wants money....i wont feel this much if i lost my money in purchaising a pair of shoes or any other materials..Life pharma only wants customers money..
