The staff are not friendly and getting angry if I say “ thank you. I don’t need help”. I say it even if I really need help. They makes me feel stress because they are negative. Always talking with each other and you have a feeling that you just interrupted them and that they have more important things to do than to help you.We went there on 4th of September and the lady-cashier made me and my husband shocked. She is arab and I think she is higher position than sales person. She was really rude and were talking to us like we did something to her. All my happiness from buying good perfume were gone immediately as soon as this lady came to take a payment. This is really the worst branch that I’ve been to.

Most of the staff were unwelcoming, especially the cashier - Noura. 0 smiles or kindness while checking out, just glares and an unkind tone of voice. If I could give no stars I would. Hope the store could do something about this bc it just ruins the whole shopping experience

Just visited the store (4/12/2020 ; 8:50 PM) EXTREMELY BAD customer service. Extremely unhelpful. I had to approach the staff and request them to help me. Were unwilling to open testers to swatch products. Rude and unprofessional. Very very disappointed . If you want good customer service AVOID the Sephora at ABUDHABI MALL and MARINA MALL.Best customer service at Yas Mall Sephora.

Friendly and helpful staffs, they understand your needs.. I visited once, i was looking for specific brand but which wasnt avaible but she recommended another brand it turned out to be better ☺️☺️☺️..

Unfortunately I had a very bad shipment service. I paid online and expected to receive the items within 5 days. Sephora’s customers service were really helpful but it wasn’t enough.I tried to communicate with “ Shipa” the delivery company but got no reply from them.I had to send my location via WhatsApp three times even though it was clear and sent to the company before.Please never ever pay online use cash on delivery.I’m still waiting for my package and I got no refund when I asked for it. Again don’t ever pay online.

Nice Sephora store that had wide variety of products available. Staff were quite helpful too. We bought some makeup products, men’s perfume and a makeover for the wife.

Didnt like the staff behavior.. I went to ask the name of one foundation shade and they were not knowing... very less product knowledge... very disappointed...

I would like to complaint and suggest that this Filipina pregnant lady should go back in her training for custumer service and learn how to respect customer and her colleague. She has the worst customer service I can say and even shouting her colleague Samuel in front of us. She can ask something to her colleague politely and the way she talks to us and ask question was horrible. You don’t own the company so you should act properly. We just came today (April 8,2019) at 12:30.

The staff is well informed about the products.

I visited this sephora branch last week and had a very bad experience in terms of services provided by the attendants. All attendants specially arab origin were talking to each other instead of dealing with customers. upon inquiring about the products they were asking nationality instead to gauge the level of services they can merely offer. im surely not going to visit this branch again and would recommend you to avoid as well.

Dont be fooled - this Sephora branch does not exist! Save yourself the trouble. Please remove this faulty location off the map.
