This store is my favourite but only concern that when I order online I have to deal with courier company as Aramex. The delivery received today through the same courier. Again and again and again Aramex is not a practical option for working people that they dont call before coming expecting people have nothing to do rather than waiting for them. Many conflicts occurred in the past experiences according to this but this time it was with high level of impoliteness from the driver who started shouting when I told him somebody from his company has to call at least to confirm the date and timing range of the shipment, and I should be office today and it was unplanned to be home. Then I requested his name to complain his attitude he refused to give me his name and just threw my box to the floor with no concern about the items damage and left me taking. Bath & Body, I am a pig fan of your items but I am not going to make again to have to deal with such courier company and such unprofessional employees from aramex
