I always love to shop my make up in Sephora store. From Dubai Mall branch to Galleria Mall Al Maryah island all staff are literally amazing and helpful. Yesterday I went to buy some stuff again in Galleria Mall branch and I met Ms. Fresi since I stepped inside the store she gave me a warm welcomed and I truly loved it. As well she assisted me with what I only need until cashiering. All staff are friendly and very well presented.very well trained and managed ❤️❤️❤️

Train your personnel. One girl had no idea how the highlighter brush looks like. Another one had no clue about the items released just that day - she told me they don’t have them. While they were displayed by the cash desk. They were talking to each other and were unapproachable. Another one had no idea if they have Marc Jacobs, and after she took a round of the shop and asked another colleague, she said they don’t have it.No basic knowledge about products or brands even. Shame!And they are addressing me with “habibti”, “sweetie”, “dear” or “babe”... So cheap!

Well, I have bad experience everytime I go there please work on your employees dont hire people with no experience or with oily make up, messy appearance, zero attitude and dishonesty you ask For certain product and they try to fool u to let u buy totally different product I feel uncomfortable shopping or taking my time I really feel like its a fish market or cheap bazaar that everyone trying to sell their own product , moreover they are not aware of the brands that are in Sephora they keep asking each other and when I go by myself to look for it I find it !!!!!! Sephora Gelleria specially should be more classy quiet and neat yet well educated people! Once I enter I feel like the workers attacking me from every side because they are more than the brand stands !The Only brand at Sephora Employees I really trust and like are Chanel’s always looks presentable , elegant , Classy and they know what they are doing !!Sephora at the old extension was nicer , the new extension’s is wide and has all the brands yet the only issue is with employees overall you can find wide range of what you’re looking for !
