To make things a bit more convenient, they pick up and drop off your car if you can’t do it yourself. Arnel, Jobish and Kripesh were very helpful and assisted me throughout the whole process.

I came to know about this place from my Insurance Company .. They recommended Smart Auto Care after I had a minor Accident ..To my luck .. the accident was very close to a Public Holiday ..The Workshop were very cooperative .. They inspected the car .. Identified the require replacement parts .. and due to long upcoming holiday they gave me the car and told me to bring it after holiday til the part arrives .. This was very nice and very convenient ..Immediately after the public holiday .. I took the car back to them and the job was done absolutely fine .. The car looks like as it never had an accident ..

I was referred to this service center by the insurance company and I had checked for their services and took an appointment before I dropped my car off, initially was advised the work to be done in 24 hours however when I showed up to drop the vehicle off was advised 48 hours. given the situation of less staff due to pandemic I agreed to keep my car for 48 hours. I visited the showroom post 48 hours the work had not been completed. the paint job was done however the bumper still had uneven stains of paint the job wasnt cleaned. My car wasnt ready to be taken and I was made to wait for another 1 hour despite the fact of being advised on the pick up timing. they asked me to keep the car for another 1 hour to get it cleaned. Eventually I had to rush off and I couldnt waste further time. disappointed that I had to take my car in the same condition as uncleaned and dirty.

Paint job was done perfectly but, they are not professional in Car Mechanical & electrical work.. I asked them to reset the Brake pad service message in my BMW (Which takes less than 1 min by hand) & Change the Led day-light (Which is 25 dhs) i was ready to pay for their services but, they returned my car only with paint job & said Brake pad reset programing will need 1k dhs & For day light.. they said Full Head light set must be changed which is more than 1k or 1.5k.. 3⭐⭐⭐ for amazing paint work👍

My Insurance referred me to this garage. A very mediocre Garage after requesting million times to do the Job faster as i am relocating they still took their own time. Repeatedly informed them to check the other minor issues too and to get that fixed as well however i kept hearing this is not a part of accident and they will only fix the accident part. Requested them to Kindly check and can do payment also yet they didnt bother to do the needful. Fixed the car with a very old head light which appeared different than the other, had to yell at them and then they changed it after which the headlights than appeared the same. They are just their to make money and move on they dont care about customers or their cars!! NotRecommend to anyone to use them. The staff is nice bu tthey dont do the job thats required

I had no choice but to repair my car at this workshop. The Repair was not carried out to high quality.1. Incorrect parts fitted to the car2. Parts of the Grill Fell off3. Front parking Sensors Fell out of Bumper.I contacted the workshop on multiple occasions, but never offered to fix any of the issues.Now I have a car that is in worse condition than they received it!

I had a good experience here. Ahmed fixed my front bumper after someone reversed into my car. The insurance claim was easy and Ahmed my car was ready for collection on time. They salvaged a second hand bumper from somewhere, resprayed it and fitted it accurately. I would perhaps have expected a new part, given it was an insurance job, but it looks fine so I can’t complain. Thanks to Ahmed and his guys!

I had been recommended here by a friend. After getting a quote from the company make of my car I was very shocked at the total. I asked for the same quote from Smart Auto Care and it came in @ 50% less! The work done was very professional and the service was fantastic, so good in fact I brought my BMW to get a service and small things done the following week with the same results. Mechanics and service that you can trust are hard to find in these places but these guys really knock it out of the park. I can very highly recommend.

He attended to us and walked us through all the work that has been done, even sending pictures to update us on the progress. I had the roof and the bonnet of my vehicle painted and when I got it, he also polished & removed all the minor scratches on the sides without charging for it. Purchased used car from their swidan showroom 2 months before and after that i found some issue in vehicles. they took the vehicle more than 6 days and after they are saying i need to pay 800 Aed for spark plug and labour for the issue happened in gear box. i have a question.. then what type of warranty they are providing to customers if they are charging for the vehicle which i just purchased 2 months before and driven only 3000 km
