They will spend a week looking for any reason not to repair under warranty. Warranty not worth the paper its written on. Would give zero stars if possible.

I recently bought a Honda pilot 2020 , was involved in a hit and run , sadly Al futaim needs upto 4 working days to inspects the car another 2-4 working days to get approval from insurance and then 8-10 working days to actually fix the car . If you go to any other workshop outside of Al futaim they will literally take no more than 4 working days .the time and quality of service need to be tremendously improved .

Not recommended, long time taking for estimating of damages to repairing. No proper updates from the staffs and quality of work is not satisfactory.

Dont ever get your car repaired with Al Fttaim. The agency repair is only name. The work is third class. Nobody checks the work properly. My new car was having small dent in the door. Took 8 days to complete the work. Still the dent is not cleared properly and stains in the car seats. New scratch on the car while inside parking and moving.Before giving or checking the car the amount and paper work is done. Then giving the car. So nothing can be done except they say sorryNever pay until the car is checked properly.

After having my car for one week for replacing the starter motor, 1 minute after picking up my car i noticed that my side mirror was broken. They refuse to accept their fault claiming this was noticed outside the permises.

Bought a new honda civic 2018. With the new purchase i bought a smart repair package that includes repairing scratches and minor dents under this package without paying any additional fees. Recently I Had a small accident that caused a scratch on the car with a minor dent. Took the car to Al Futtaim bodyshop and after inspection i got told i cant use this coupon and i will have to pay 500 Dhs to get the car repaired under the insurance. 7 days later i went to pick up my car and i was handed an invoice for 1200 Dhs !!! I received no calls or e-mails to inform me about this price or to confirm i want to proceed with repairs ! I still payed the money so i can just take my car and get this over with. Minutes after i got in the car i noticed the screen on the dashboard is showing fuel consumption as 45 l/100 km!! Which is completely unrealistic and wrong !! Immediately i drove back to the repair shop and asked the sales person on what is wrong just for him to tell me that they still needed one more day to reset the car system and complete the polishing !! Thats after i payed already and was handed the car !! Honestly that was one of the worst costumer service experiences i have endured before. So now i have the car with me not fully repaired and i payed more than double what i was told.

Worst ever they will tell you 3 days then ,,,,, need parts from USA then ur car will sleep there for 3 weeks ,They dont have part , they just wait for you to have an accidentThis my two time experiences .

Al futtaim auto centres is where toyota vehicle owners can approach to get their cars repaired in case of an accident. Once you have your police report and insurance agency correspondence is over you can take your vehicle to them, provided your insurance gives you agency maintenance provision.

They literally make you feel robbed. they will not tell you that but they just treat you as a Dirham sign only not like a human or a customer. Remember AlFutaim we the people are keeping you in business.just like all the other dealerships their price is way way too high and overpriced why because the parts are genuine and they are Toyota so they can charge as much as they want and if you do the service outside their workshops they will cancel your warranty and the ministry of economics will not protect you as a consumer. BAD AlFutaim Bad Toyota.
