Thank you for the technical manager who called me and apologized for the inconvenience, I forgot his name. He offered me recovery pickup and told me that he will do check up personally. So yesterday at 12 pm recovery pick up guy came and collected my car from Saadiyat Island and dropped back my car at 5pm. I am curious why service center makes things complicated so in 4 hours no vibration no shaking, my car was repaired, my question is: why they could not do the same when I left my car to the service for whole day? Why do we need so much frustration to fix the car? So, now I understood that the repairing staff does not pay attention into details. FYI: I got my car back with no shaking but front window water splashing is stopped working, one issue is solved another issue is created. Thank you !!! Guys please when you are opening someones car do not forget the customer is paying to your company and you are not working for free. I beg you, pay attention and do your work with honesty, at least do your main tasks properly related to repairing, I dont say anything about customer service. So now I have to go back again to another garage to fix the window water splashing part. I paid for my service and got only headache.

The worst experience I have ever had. They take the car for 2 days to do a full service, call me on the morning of the 3rd day and start advising me how much more urgent work needs doing. When I called for follow ups to see when the car would be ready, I was advised I would receive a call back - never happened.Trying to make a buck? I will be taking my car to a separate company to ensure that the did what they promised

Good service with friendly and helpful staff.On the downside, Client transportation after dropping the car is a bit restrictive. I was told that the available shuttle bus is on a limited time schedule and only heads to Abu Dhabi City. Transport is an added cost, to many clients, as I think that very few clients reside in that area.

Dear Hyundai team,Regrets to let you know that service at you musaffa service station is extremely poor.I am owning a hyundai santafe and getting it serviced regularly from hyundai centers for all its 10000km service till now .I have been getting the service done from Dubai service stating where i have faced much fewer issues.But your Musaffa service station is byond expectation .Issues no.11. I was told by your service advisor that the gear oil must be changed at 100000km , on asking why the same was not informed  by anyone of your team in the past 3 service done from Hyundai service center,there was no response. And made me scared that it should be done immediately as the car has over run by 30000kmOn doing the compalint for this , i get a call from Mr. ANEES from compliant department and he tells that the oil is life time and there i no mandate requirement for its replacmet, so i dont know who to belive now, and later he supported in getting me some discount on the price.2. Today 16th sept.-19 , being a working day, i went early to pick my car up, moreover i had informed the service adivsior a day before that i will come early in morning and need to go to office early,  there was no  action from him to complete my  work quickly , even after paying the full amount , they are taking ages to get the gate pass issued , ideally it can be issued manually, which i am getting when at Honda service station for my other car. Even after raising the concer to Mr. YAKOOB, he said its the procedure. Today being a working day there were hardly 3 people, i dont know how much time you people will take when there is a rush hour .3. This is the 3 time i am visitng musaffa station and every time its the same issue, no attention is being paid to customer request .On my 1st visit i asked them to get the staring wheel checked  as its quite hard , they charged me some amount and there has been no improvememt in the same . And then later they ask to bring the car again, i dont understand why the things can not happen the right way in 1 go, you work for only 7.30AM to 5 PM  , and friday is off.When will the cutomer come, for rectifing this issue one has to take a leave and to get this work done , which will be more than the cost you charged me.(one day salary)On tjis service again i pointed out the same thing even after a year the response is same we have done the work , but there has been no imporvement in the car staring, Its still in the same conditionEven after leaving car for 2 days , the team can not clean the car ,and on raising the issue the senior mangement comes and says we will get it cleaned , why will the customer who is already managing some how to go to office will spend more time in getting the car cleaned, it would be better he spend 50 Aed and get the car cleaned as and when required.It was the service advisor work to get the car checked before delivery, and show the complete detail and materials which have been used a d remived from can and once tbe customer is satisfied thenwe need to proceed with payments .The approch of the staff is lathargic, and they very well know that no one has the time to stay and get the car cleaned or leave the car, so will take in what ever condition we give the car.There is not itemised bill, only they know what they have done, there is no spare / replaced parts given to custimer or show to me that these things have been replaced , where as i am getting all these things for my Honda car

They did not fix any of my notes on the car, they did not clean the car well, they sent me a text message to receive the car and the work was not finished and when the work was finished they did not call and only sent a text message.

Hyundai service center in Musaffa Abu Dhabi is one of the worst service centers , they do not bother customers time , and are trained to harres the customers , just todays experience , went to pick my car given for service 2 days back, the service advisors are least bothered of the customers , the estimate of 1400 has been increased to 2600 AED, by scaring the customer that these all otems are required and if not dine will lead to damage to engine and even after paying the amount they takes 30 min to make the gate pass.Post all these things , when we went to take the car , it was in same condition in which we handed 2 days back there was no cleaning done in outside as well as outside , i am doubtfull if they have done the service or not .As still our concrens are not resolved .On raising the concern with higher managemnt to Mr. Yakoob, he very conviently said we can do cleaning again , being a working day it was nit passible for me to wait fir anothwr 1 hr. And get the same done , more over showing him external cleanig issues he straight way said we can do anything for this.I didnt expected this from a senior team,it seems that he knows that and was ok withbthe issue shown .i would never recomend this service center to any one , but as this is the only authorized service center so the Hyundai customer does not have any option to continue with thier patheric serivce .PATHETIC SERVICE BY HUNDAI .......

Big service center for both Hyundai and Kia cars. Separate counters for each brand. Make sure you call earlier and get an appointment. They also have a free shuttle bus back to Abu Dhabi (last bus at 3pm)

I recently visited to get my car serviced. Seemed simple enough and it was quite so. Staff is friendly and inviting especially service advice team. Price was in line with the market so absolutely fair. if you’re looking for honest advice and get treated like family, they are at the top of my list.

Normally, quick services is being done as much as it can, Major Services are quite regulated and accurated. Staff is way friendly, the management staff are extremely helpful and guidance. Prices are affordable to all customer. They have offers based on quarterly basis that fit all customers requirements. Open always to all Hyundai End-users. Strongly Recommend 👍

Worse service and overpriced charges. My car had a minor battery issue and the electrician guy could not rectify and after many days the car was handed back without any proper fix. Later When I approached the small shop in Mussafah they said the battery needs to be replaced and finally that fixed the whole issue. You see big names only with service Centre but can’t fix minor issues.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Staff is not very knowledgeable in my opinion. They just tell you what you want to hear and try to finish quickly so they can go to the next customer. I’ve seen a lady screaming at the counter due to their incompetence. I hope Hyundai take this feedback into consideration and improve their services.

Helpful stuff, very helpful. Good service. They have shuttle bus going from service center to show room in Abu Dhabi 3 times a day. The biggest issue is this is the only service center for whole Abu Dhabi, thus everything takes a lot of time

Service is decent. Waiting time is 3 hours. No refreshment option inside service center. Have to walk 10 minutes in the unbearable hot sun for nearest affordable eatery. Free wifi doesnt work. Receptionist seems fed up with her job and doesnt like answering questions.. I wonder y she accepted that job. Service agents are friendly however and helpful. Charging points available for laptop and mobile and comfortable rest areas. Dont give for service between 11 and 12.30 coz lunch break starts somewhere around 12.30. I came around 12 pm and had to wait till 3. 30pm for general service to finish

Excellent and top notch customer service in the UAE. Juma Al Majid definitely takes care of their customers whenever you book an appointment for service. Right away they will advise you if you can wait or not for your car when you send it for service. Place is a little bit hard to find and you might want to use that google map app. Other than that, my experience with them has always been good. Ive got a 2009 Tucson which I only send to them for service.

Worst experience. Where a intact part was repaired. From. The car changed the scene of the accident, and so far I did not receive my car, and when I asked the concerned employee, he told me I was sorry by mistake, even though my car did not pass by more than one. ten months where.
