Starting with Pros1. LayoutThere are 3 different layouts of the interior, all of them are well-designed. The washroom modern design is very impressive. There is no bathtub - just FYI.2. LocationThis is a very elegant new building based in Raha beach. The building is located away from construction areas, which makes it a calm place. Yet, it is too far from the city - if you prefer to live somewhere in the city.3. AtmospherePeaceful, not over crowded, and good facilities provided.4. ViewThe view is fine, not the best view in Abu Dhabi, but the balcony is spacious.Cons1. OverpricedProperties at Q Residence are very expensive with less cheques to be paid (Depending on the owner). If you cannot afford it, then do not stay here. Relevant info regarding the prices are listed below:• Studio apartment cost 55k per year• One bedroom with canal view would cost 75k per year• One bedroom with sea-view would cost 78k per year.• Two or Three bedroom apartments start price: 150k+ depends on the view.2. Other additional fees appliedChiller fees, gas supply, etc... (as all other proper residential buildings).3. Kind of isolatedYou feel like it is an isolated place. You would need to drive in order to reach to anything and anywhere while there are no cafés around.4. Under FAB PropertiesYou would need to provide your credit score, salary certificate. That might not work for you if you are self-employed, or unemployed, or cannot provide salary certificate for other business/personal reasons. Plus, The long list of requirements will be there along with the delay. So.. bluh..Enjoy your stay.

Residential tower consisting of 120 apartments; There is no parking except under the tower, and each apartment has a price of less than 145,000. There is only one parking spot and one entry card to the building.The apartments consisting of 3 rooms have two parking spots, but vertically, which means if you want to exit, the person in front of you must exit first and then you can exit!I advise everyone who wants to rent from them to go down to parking lots B1.B2.B3 and look at the parking spots for himself!
