One of the worst buildings in reem island, the finishing is terrible, you will have water leaks every month, it will smell like sewer water in your own apartment, you will find mold too. do yourself a favor and under no circumstances do you live here, unless you don’t value your comfort, safety and sanity

I live here for 10 month now, the size of the apartment is acceptable and the location is great. The building has a lot of problems. The sewerage smell in the apartments is crazy no matter what you do it doesn’t go away and it’s a common issue in many apartments. The tiles in the reception and in the kitchen comes up due to the humidity although the maintenance is done they still comes up again and again. AC needs a huge maintenance in the whole building it doesn’t perform well specially in the summer time of the year. I really can’t wait to move out when the contract is finished.

We lived here for 10 months. Not an enjoyable experience & glad to be gone.The building interior finish is poor, no edging around Bath tiles on Bath for instance, making sharp edges. No space for more than 1 appliance in kitchen so if you want a dishwasher & washing machine youre out of luck unless you pay to get it installed in a bathroom. 2 bed apartments have a real lack of kitchen cupboard & storage space. We had to use second shower cubicle for storage.The building has an ant problem & no matter what we did they came back. Others reported the same. 360 property management are useless, ignore emails, cancel outstanding calls without resolving & have zero customer service. This alone would stop me thinking about taking an apartment here. Sadly we had no choice.The lifts in the building are an issue, consistently out of order & always full, meaning a wait of sometimes 20-30 minutes during busy times (worse during Ramadan). Even having to go up to come down some days.360 have refused to fix faulty gym equipment after consistently being sent emails over 10 months. The exercise equipment is not maintained at all, no matter who you raise it to. All have error messages or certain functions not working. 360 have been told countless times but do nothing, making some dangerous because the stop function doesnt work or they need lubricant. But they will spend money unnecessarily repainting the gym walls in oil based gloss paint, making the gym unusable for weeks because of the fumes. Laughably incompetent.The pool is incredibly poorly designed. Located between the buildings & a complete wind tunnel. The wind blows hard from the coast through the buildings, throwing spray from the waterfall end, up in to swimmers faces & making the pool more choppy than the sea. The boardwalk is rotting & pool has constant scum collecting in the corners. Tiles are greasy & in need of a deep clean.The air conditioning voids were dirty in our apartment & 360 would not resolve for us, closing our calls without resolution. This meant we had others peoples dust & pet hair from previous tenants blowing in to our apartment.People dont wear masks in lifts or gym. If challenged by security or others these people are often rude & do nothing. Ive witnessed kids being abusive to security. There is no respect for the people that work supporting the community & therefore not much sense of community.No visitor parking & parking barriers often out of order or entry cards not working. Constantly a problem.Rubbish chute often blocked & backed up.Occasional sewer smells from the drains in your apartment, just to top it all off.The worst place we have lived in the UAE.The shop at the bottom, Grandiose however, is quite good. 👍

Great views and good services. Feels like a community. Things have been improving a lot since more tenants and owners moved in. All previous reviews are irrelevant now.

Fair tower room size are acceptable but the parking area always smiling. The facilities such as pool , gym lobby and bbq area are good. Nearest supermarket in Shams or near by barjel hospital which is around 400 meters walking they clim that soon one will be opening but no target date yet and no Masjed near by but Mosala is there small one and not enough for the towers size

My move-in experience was a nightmare due to the developer not having the unit ready. Three60 quickly sorted that for us, and its been smooth sailing since. Im sure Ill be staying in this community for many years to come.Ive also been massively appreciative off the precautionary measures taken for the COVID-19 pandemic.

The worst option. Poor quality building. The management does not support us. Every month I have at least 2 visits of the maintenance team.

The location is little noisy, very close to 2 main roads, the balcony is small, reasonable prices, medium quality above average, good supermarket and location is in the middle of Alreem

I have lived in the building since the start and must say that most of the things mentioned here used to be true. However, I had a different experience of service.Yes, the AC used to break down every month during the summer and when the humidity is high. They always were prompt to come over and fix it. But the problem is not there anymore. They have replaced the AC’s to brand new ones.The pool facilities, gym and parking is amazing. The parking issue is not the problem of the management. Initially, there were no allocated parking spots. However, they started handing it over and the problems of people taking someone else’s spot became a norm. This is again, as mentioned, not the managements issue. It’s the people who have total disregard to someone else’s property.All in all, the building and management have come a long way since the inception. I would highly recommend them and thank them for a great stay.

Living here since October 10th 2018 when it had very few residents comparing to now (May 2019). Its getting swarmed. The rent is fairly cheap for a new, quote unquote luxurious building. I like it in general.

Fantastic place where to live, we are there since more than 1 year. Good finishing and nice community. Perfect location and easy access to all high ways. Looking forward for the new Reem mall opening!

Maintenance is a joke. Building quality and finishing is cheap despite the fake luxury look. We had maintenance visits more than friends and family.

If you are thinking of considering an apartment in Horizon Towers. You need to know that every time you are away of the apartment for a day or two, you will comeback to find rusty water running at first. You need to know that you will be given a parking in basement 2 which is full of sewage smell, you should be able to stop yourself from throwing up. You need to know that you will be dealing with a service provider that will fix an A/C after two weeks of daily request calls from your side . If you are ok with all above, the apartments are just fine :) NOT RECOMMENDED!

Terrrible experience. 360. They never give your deposit even you try to painting and use clean. Always bad smells comes out every where. We already move out. My 5000 is gone. Even we already painting and clean.using my money. Usless. Terrible.

Lived here since June 2018 when it opened, it’s fairly cheap for a reason as the build quality and issues we’ve had with leaks since moving in is beyond a joke.Also took 6 months for the gym to be installed and now 8-9 months for allocated parking and barriers to be installed. No one checks who comes into building so security isn’t the best.If you want a reasonable sized apartment for a reasonable price then ok, however if you can afford a bit more I’d suggest somewhere else, we will move out at end of contract certainly

I moved recently to a rented apartment here. The location is amazing with spectacular views. Issues are: No central gas connection, no allocated parking slots (so you park your car wherever you want) . This leads to many wasted parking slots as people use two slots for one car!!We needed a deep AC maintenance. Do this before you move because it will make a mess. If you have a dishwasher and washing machine you will install the dishwasher in the kitchen but the washing machine need some plumbing work to be installed in the master bathroom.

60 floor and 40 floor building. Looks like the architect never thought of external glass cleaning. It will be a nightmare.

Thank god they don’t have cctv inside the apartment, parking the car is a real pain in the back.
