Ive been living here for about 2 years now, and Ive never seen worse maintainance of the facilities. Altho the apartment itself is great and the view is nice, plz dont come here only for the facilities. The GYM equipment 75% of them are useless, and all of it is dirty and rusty. The AC in the roof is malfunction every now and then. The swimming pool takes days to get cleaned. The Jacuzzi is a pain to look at as its broken, dirt and filled with algea for the last couple of weeks. Most of the billiards sticks are broken. The ping pong table is about to collapse and we are not allowed to use the ping pong bats for some reason.The playground in the roof is covered with a thick layer of dust and is currently closed for COVID-19 precautions altho no one uses it before. The lifeguard and the security are very friendly so they had to have some credit. Again, my biggest problem with this building is mainly the facilities, so if you wont mind it, then give it a look.
