Very good service, ask for Ahmad he is very professional and friendly person. He helped me to issue a visit visa for my family and book tickets.I just wish I could issue the visa here and book tickets online instead of paying 100 dirhams for each person.

Transporting from abu dhabi to dubai by their bus heading to uganda was so enjoying.

This airlines service can be number one in the world but employees are treated during the lockdown in a bad way, they terminated lot of staffs who performed very well I the company also there is politics specially this Indian managers who are making partiality for other manager specially Malayalam state people should be limited in the company, my casine was performing well but they have included in the termination list and the department leader was malalayali.and just for money you make happy the customers Im not gonna recommend anymore for my friends and family...Qatar Airways are the best service ever...

It is from here you can catch the emirates bus to Dubai airport from Abudhabi . In the ticket it will say different name like el bus station abudhabi bus station but dont confuse with the names. Just arrive at the emirates office at corniche near the khalidiya area .. if bus starts at 10 better arrive at minimum one hour early .

Perhaps, ticket for your new born baby or buying additional baggage etc. This office is having cordial staff. Location is accessible easily. Having spacious lounge for visitors to sit and wait for their turn.

I called your contact center today to try to complain about the system available for complaint and how its a suffer to communicate a complaint to you, that was because requirements in your system complain form I was following the requirements and the system but the complaint didnt go through, which that make me go through your bad customer service!!!I spoke to Mohamed from the call center which he didnt allow me to get his surname due to security purposes which is ununderstandable.however, i was on hold for many times trying to reach the supervisor as per him he tried to reach ruba, and Ruba said she will not pick up the call, i asked him to try again as this is the purpose of having the customer service number on your website and this is what they should do but he responded to me after staying 40 mins on the line manager told him to tell me that its a final decision that they will not talk to me.SO is this Emirates customer service ??Is this is the people you hire to serve us?there is a lot of locals out there who look into working with you and that manager named Sachin, who treats your clients this way!!I will need a response on this matter from the management and a call to apologies for such treatment !!!BAD customer service ever!!couldnt reach them on live chats too!!No words left to describe their bad service!

After being on hold for more than an hour just to ask about my bag that has been missing for two weeks, your call center regards replied by not being able to take my call !!!! What a shame!!

My review is mostly about the Emirates shuttle between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This office is small and has a bathroom. There technically is WiFi but Im not sure if its meant to be public. I asked the employees and they were kind enough to sign me on this time around. Not sure if other employees would guarantee that.If you are taking a shuttle from Dubai on Emirates, this is the location where you will be dropped off (the airport code you see on your boarding pass is ZVJ). The bus ride is quite comfortable and takes roughly 2 hours. Once you arrive, there are a decent number of taxis looking to get customers.Anyone flying Emirates looking to go back to Dubai would also board here. You can go back to Dubai for free even if your flight is a different day (e.g. If your flight is January 10, you can still get a free shuttle in on Jan 1). The only requirement to take this free shuttle is that you have to reserve a seat with them and have an Emirates flight.If you are not flying on Emirates, you cannot use this shuttle. There is no payment option. If you have non-Emirates travel partners, they unfortunately cannot join you.

I think they should have to open their office after 5pm or atleast mention where to wait for the bus that take you to airport from their place its too hard for a newcomer to understand all that

Good luxury shuttle service that is complementary if you book your tickets from Abu Dhabi, these buses will pick you up from this location and drop you at Dubai international airport Terminal 3, they only problem they have is no waiting area for the passengers, you have to wait on the foot path for the buses my flight was early morning and i had to wait for my for my bus at 3:30 am by standing on the side walk or by sitting on the grass near the side walk in open air...

Best Airline with best on board staff and cabin crew. Some emirates employed Indian and Egyptian chick in Clarks at DXB airport are very cheep, they are rood and cheep quality people

The worst branch of such a famous airline, visited around 1:15pm, I only had one simple question, I was disregarded by a free employee, there wasn’t even a branch manager, there were approximately 10 to 15 counter offices but only 2 of them who had employees behind them, oh and the very very busy employee who disregarded me who had only 2 papers on her office; meanwhile she could’ve picked the phone and called someone for an answer to the person standing in-front of her!

I came to the pickup point early to make sure im not late, the Bus is here and you know what? NO WAITING AREA? Driver wont let us in nor atleast leave our things in the bus, Its 1:00 am and extremely hot, I asked the driver if we could atleast leave our things in the bus so we could find a better place to wait and the driver told me why? Who told you to come early? what an experience, nextime, come just 30mins early coz no one will accomodate you during late hours.

Professional, meets expectations in efficiency. The lady who handled me was rude (31 May, 1420H, lost luggage office, terminal 3, Dubai) but that was an exception in view of my last 8 years experience with Emirates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Every thing was good except that you would think that the buses are around the office except that you have to go to Cornish street . A few meters away but still if I did not find someone to ask I would not know.

Emirates, Business class cabin.....an unpleasant and rude staff chief spoils the atmosphere for all, flight crew and guests.

The office is closed during holidays but they failed to inform customer or at least put up sign board. Also theres lack of coordination between shuttle service and passengers
