Air arabia,No thing special, they dont help that muchEvery thing should go throught their call center and you have to wait for an hour or more to be answered.Having bad experience with them

Only one staff aviation you need to spend 1 hours to finish anything related to your booking. bad experience we will never visit them again

They moved their office from airport ST. to a new place in Hamdan ST. the same building of Habib Bank AG Zurich.

They did not respond well after purchase the tickets; I got my money back after a year only after several reminders and follow-ups.

Hi I was waiting for the feedback.. I had approached the office in hamdan abudhabi this month regarding the cancellation of my October itinerary which was booked in Feb 2019. I got it cancelled as per discussion with the air Arabia representative present that day. I was told that due to prevailing covid conditions , I would be given a confirmation via mail about extending the validity of this booking till dec 2021.Unfortunately I have not received the voucher confirming the extension which was actually promised by the air Arabia representative as a matter of one day or two.. I am disappointed at the delay in response from air Arabia . I dont want my money to be wasted.Please either refund the money or give me a valid confirmation about the extension of the booking.My request is that customers needs to be dealt with patience unlike my experience with your team.Dr. Goutham VijayanCleveland clinic Abu Dhabi

On 25th October 2020 I had booked a ticket and ask them to send me a mail with the soft copy of the ticket, till today I didnt received it.

Anyone looking to travel between Nairobi Kenya and the UAE specifically Sharjah and Abu Dhabi this is the most pocket friendly airline for you. The best thing it tailor fits youre needs. You only pay for what you need. Cabin luggage of 10k.g is free. Meals and any other extra luggae are paid for while youre Booking the flight. So if you dont have any luggage then you get the cheapest fare price. They offer a variety of options. No luggage cheapest option. 1st option 20 k.g luggage n 10 k.g free cabin luggage mid option. The 3rd option is 40k.g + 10k.g free hand luggage. Meals are paid for. You can go for light snacks that go for 5 aed wraps + water or meals that range between 15 to 30 aed. Entertainment while on board is via a WiFi link connection activated while flying. Not much variety its wise to download your own content before traveling. Standard A320 3 x 3 seats with an aisle separating the two columns. If you will be traveling to Abu Dhabi from Sharjah they have a shuttle service from the airport. Its booked while booking the ticket. Always select UAE then the preferred shuttle service in this case Abu Dhabi. Print out the ticket to board the bus.

Still no telephone working number , just working as branch office for any immediate service better visit Cosmo traveles Abudhabi.Still charging for Ok to board 15 AED / passenger even we are holding new Family E - Visa print out

Air arabia is good ease on wallet airline with very nice checkin and bus service from abudhabi their ofc is bit small but it caters purpose and they follow basic rules of economy that you can not get diamonds by paying pennies.

Worst customer service ever. Say they will phone back and never does. Didnt just happen once, but 4 times. Will NEVER use them. FlyDubai much beter.

Rude People to talk too. Test they have bus facilities from Abu Dhabi UAE to Sharjah which was late. Thank God we had lot of time on hand

Located next to crown plaza hotel on Hamdan street. This office provides flight ticket booking service, ticket cancellation service, rescheduling of your iternerry for tickets booked for airarabia flights.. you can also book bus from here for sharjah airport but this is only for airarabia customers. Service staff is good.

I am writing this review while I am traveling in one of their service bus from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah, believe me the service really sucks!! There are very annoying and very loud noises in this bus and it wont stop at all. I am experiencing the worst ever travel of my life.

The office is OK . The city check-in terminal was under the expectations . Small and crowded with limited facility. No toilet or waiting area.

Worst airline of all time , took my very first flight on feb 26 flight G9627 that faced “a technical problem” while it was actually already on the runway with all the passengers me included , got us all trapped inside for 4 hours till it was resolved and we waited inside the plane not even off it,till they fixed it and arrived extremely late... and now tonight on flight G9621, supposed to fly an hour ago and we are all still at the gate 🤦🏻‍♂️ last time to ever fly with them, avoid by all means

Although they have good customer service in head quarter in Sharjah but not in branch.. they have too high post sales services charges (like for any change in tickets)
