It is a creativity combined with technology. Limited number of people are allowed every 15 minutes and prior booking is recommended. Very reasonable entrance fee.

Loved this place. 15 mins inside was short but for the low price you can buy 2 tickets or go again another day. Staff was amazing and we never felt rushed. Will visit again

Its raining but u will not get wet. They have used amazing technology where u can walk through rain without getting wet.I really enjoyed the feeling of being in the rain, all my childhood memories were recalled. It was only 25AED for the ticket and if u r student or teacher then u can get at 15AED but dont forget to take ID.

For those who miss the rains back home, wants to feel those rainy sound and feels; its for them. Dark room with rain drops falling. Person to guide how u will not be wet while u walk slowly. They have coffee shops as such.15 minutes turn for AED25. A concept thats quite different for especially UAE citizens

Nice installation. Worth a visit. Be aware you only get 15 minutes. 25 AED For adults, 15 AED For kids. Must be pre booked online as each time slot only has capacity for 6 people. I wouldnt chance just turning up.Its a darkened room with grate floor so the rain falls through. A large oblong rain area attached to the ceiling creates rain fall overhead. As you move underneath the rainfall area sensors switch off the rain over you, so you can walk amongst the rain area, in theory, not getting wet. In reality you get residual drips & if you walk too fast it doesnt turn off above you quick enough. So expect to get a little wet. They have full body dryers in the bathrooms after though. 15 minutes goes quickly so almost worth booking 2 slots.It looked like there used to be a little cafe there but it wasnt open when we went.

Experience the beautiful piece of Sharjah Art Foundation, The Rain Room. Sounds quite peaceful and innovative. The whole room is raining, but only you will not be wet at all, if you follow the guidelines. Very refreshing and soothing experience.

The place is managed very professionally and crowds are not allowed at once. Very few people are allowed at any one time.All age groups can have equal fun in this venue. The entry is a bit expensive, however when you experience the rain room it can be justified once or twice.There is nothing else inside and if you are taking a camera or if you are wearing any expensive personal effects which could get affected with water, I would recommend them to keep them away before you enter the rain area.It is a 20 minute non stop fun for little kids. A very Unique and needed concept. It is indeed a great experience, especially when enjoyed with Family. We had a gala time as it was a welcome feeling as well as enjoyable as it was Raining in UAE! I would like to place my Thanks to the Emirates of Sharjah for allowing a thoughtful and needed place. The Rain room is a must go for Family members at least once a month. And my advice to all the elders and KIDS like me is to simply freak out and get drenched even though you have the option to remain dry by simply being careful. Carry a change of dress and simply go back to your childhood!

But when we arrived we were disappointed because they are not accepting visitors due to maintenance although we have our tickets. Art is always subjective ... the venue has AC and sanitation ongoing. Parking is inexpensive and easy.

Amazing experience if you miss the downpours of rain from your home country or want to experience a tropical storm without getting (too) wet. Make sure to book in advance or be ready to wait a few hours for availability.

This is something different.Id recommend when going to sharjah start the morning off at the rain room.They have great coffee and the experience is quite special. Its definitely possible to enjoy the time and not get wet at all. But Id recommend you take an extra shirt just incase. Be sure to take lots of photos.

Take care dslr cameras are not allowed anymore despite I went before with my camera. Also they allow people to switch while we are inside which I find it not acceptable as it is a distraction and no respect for social distance. Other than that, the place is nice for one time visit.So disappointing and no reply from management to my complaint email.

Very nice experience for the family. Just being in the middle of the rain without getting wet, is a very remarkable experience that youn will never forget. Definitely you have to follow the instructions very carefully if you want to finish your tour with few drops on your head and shoulders, if not then you will end up soaked 😉. My advice is to have a towel just in case, and for kids, mostly you will have to change their tops since it wont be easy for them to follow instructions and stay dry 😉. Free parking is available and reserved for the facility and it is very much accezlssable to wheelchairs.

Very pretty, but here are some tips - the sensors work best front to back rather than side to side; when taking a picture of your friend, position them so the light is striking them from behind, so your camera has a chance; and those 15 minutes run out quickly, so make use of them fast!

Nice experience for one time. It was really nice to be in the rain room without water falling on our body because of motion sensor. But, to walk very very slowly. You can also stand in one place by seeing the rain around you...you can also take pics inside the rain room. Only 15 minutes duration to be in room.Open Again

Perfect thing to try in during summer and even otherwise if you want to experience rain, simple concept done very well. Limited parking spots as part of the building but can park nearby and visit if it is not summer.

The descriptions on its website is less than what we expected, after visiting the place. Also, there is free parking for patrons, which I did not find on its website.Once inside, we were told that we could only stay in the room no more than 15 minutes.It is a room has an area with rain. The area is about 5x15 meters. You have to walk into the rain area very very slowly so the raining area can sense your entrance and then stop raining.

Should really go if you get the chance, such a surreal experience and you can take some amazing shots. Nice little break from the heat. And wasnt even that crowded

It is good place to if you are one of rain lover experiencing rain without getting wet.you need to walk slowto get sensors work or else you can get wet .book your tickets in advance for 25dhs adults and for 15dhs for kids they only give 10 to 15 min we are ask to leave in just 10 mins. Just meh. It is not one of the places you should put on the top in your list. It costs 25 AED per head for getting under a huge shower where you can, if you are careful, not get wet or completely drench yourself. Not a warm welcome at the reception too. The employees are just bored. Not excited about having any visitors. But who wouldnt be bored if your job is to tell people how to get under a huge shower for 15 mins.Took some good snaps and my 5 year old son enjoyed it.

Beautiful experience.. We were 8 adults + 5children group.. Everyone enjoyed the rain experience.. But we drenched, but not much.. Having a towel with u is recommended.. Especially for children extra clothes.. But all should go.. Very nice experience..

I was always curious about the place as it was really close to my house. Its a nice place for a one time visit. You have to walk really slow for the rain not to touch you. It lasts for about 20mins or so.

Good place for taking awesome instagram pictures ,but unfortunately I felt bored within 10 minutes so if u r not big fan of rain 😅 don’t try, we were 3 paid 75 Aed the price may seem relatively low but with group it accumulated specially we came from Dubai only to experience that .The Guid guy will explain to you some details and instructions. Note you would get wet specially if u move fast .

The paperwork and website say you can get tickets at the venue . We drove 1.5 hours to find out there are no tickets and we should have bought online. Please don’t make same mistake as we have two upset girls now

A place in which you can feel the rain and imagine that you are getting soaked without actually get wet! Is a very interesting proposal special in a place like Sharjah, where you just have about as much as 4 or 5 rainy days in a year.

For someone who grew up getting drenched in rain, this was an exciting experience - I sure did not get drenched (that is a cool factor though) but the breezy cold feeling, getting to walk amidst the water pour brought back memories. Rain Room sells experience, not just a space with water and sensors. If you are willing to unleash the inner child in you for a few mins, Rain Room would do good to you.

Came here for first time around 4:15 pm. All tickets were booked within few minuets. Only six persons can go inside one time. Only ten minuets for the fun. No proper guidance and booking details. Won’t find any sign boards.Finally made through the rain room. Was a quick Enterntainment. Kids enjoyed as well. Different experience from routine entertainments.However one visit will be enough and may not wish second time.

We went to Rain Room. It is a different experience for all of us. Have not seen rain for more than an year. This was good. Only challenge was it was too dark and if it had better lighting then this could be a great experience. The tickets are very economical and affordable. We should go at least once.

A very wonderful hidden gem in Sharjah. This is a unique motion sensor rain, that gives you a spectacular walk in rain experience (without water touching you). They staff guides you and gives you an idea of how fast to walk and ways to avoid the water touching you. I would definitely recommend this place and the prices are very reasonable.

Its a neat experience, especially on a hot day and really missing rain like we were. I was expecting it to be more...artistic I guess. And you do get wet, but not drenched.

I can play in the rain without getting wet. The rain room in Sharjah gives a experience of playing in the rain without getting wet. The room is designed with 3D Cameras and sensors to eliminate the water fall at your position while passing slowly. Due to COVID-19 they limit the people per session(each session is twenty minutes). A must visit place if you are in UAE

At first I thought it was not good, then when i saw the room was amazing, looks like a game but is not, its kind of art, next time i will enjoy more and take less pict, thanks for the experience

Place is cool for pictures but its a one time thing. We were surprised that no DSLR cameras were allowed eventhough its a place for pictures lol. Makes zero sense...Also I brought an umbrella with me as a prop and we were told very tensly by one of the staff thats its not allowed... weird also.Try to go in off peak times as you might go in with a bunch of people that would just hog the middle spot and wont let go.Ticket offers for students and seniors available. Book online in advance.

Family tickets are not available, allowed only 15 min for the whole family (we were 7 people). If consider the allowed time, ticket price is very high.

So we came in, waited for a cashier to come to his workplace for 15 min, then eventually bought tickets online. Security does not speak english, nor the guy in a Caffè. Well deserved 1 star.

Went there on the 11th of June with family.Entrance was 25 derhm each ,we already have our reservation in advance.The whole adventure took about 15 minutes.We all love it even my grandson (1y), so its an experience for all ages.We got wet a little bit but nothing serious.I think that this adventure deserves a 9/10 rating, unfortunately not available.

As we can not find much activities in Sharjah so this is something different but not as expected. I feel this should be more excited. Some kind of activity because it looks too plain or below the standard. Price also bit high for what you can see inside. But at least good initiative to attract foreigners and increase tourists in Sharjah.

Enjoyed well.. The sensors are little bit slow to wet you with few water drops unless you move very very slow inside the shower.. Carry a piece of towel or tssues with you to wipe off those few water drops...It is a dark room and you cant expect an outdoor experience..(visited in the evening/no view through glass walls)... Nice experience and worth visiting..

Was really not interested in going to this place as I thought just rain whats so great about it .But my sister insisted to go there so we went and I will tell you it was SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Really loved it was worth going there.super interior very minimal and elegant .you will get beautiful pic and enjoyed doing slow motion video. Superb .one of the kind EXPERIENCE. The only downside is its distance from Dubai; otherwise this would be a phenomenal hit here.
