Sofa leg is broken , bad quality

I bought a sofa on 02Dec2019, and at the time I was buying, I clearly ask the salesperson if they will deliver me a fresh piece or the display one he clearly promised it will be the fresh piece, but however they deliver me the display one but I didnt make a complaint about it.I was told it will be a brand new sofa but however when they delivered to us it was a display piece.Now it has just been over a Months time and the sofa leg started falling apart. I am afraid that if I made a mistake buying a sofa from Royal Funiture or what?Its very poor quality, guys beware and avoid buying from royal furniture.

The worst and dangerous furnitures ever. I had purchased a whole bedroom set worth 5000 AED, a sofa set and a dining table. The installation was okay but within three days the bed broke down with a pregnant lady sitting on it. Thank god nothing happened to her. Then we called them and they came after a week to fix it stronger now. Then after 3 months the dining table chair leg broke and my daughter fell from it. The other chairs are also breaking one by one now. The joints are becoming loose on all furnitures. Highly don’t recommend their furnitures to anyone specially as it’s not of safety.

Worst furniture and worst after sales service. I bought furniture for my sister worth Aed 18000 from Sharjah branch and after 3 days after delivery we got a call from the customer care asking if everything was alright. We said it was good since nothing will break in 3 days. After a week the shelves in the dressing table started to drop from the track and we called them. They said since we said everything was ok warranty is over and they can’t help. After repeated calls the sales man started to talk dirty with my sister. I went to ask the manager was treated badly by him in front of the customers. Then I raised the issue with the CEO of the company and nothing happened. We eventually threw all the broken furniture after trying to fix it our self. Now we don’t buy furniture from them and make sure none of friends or family do the same.

Their furniture is just ok but the way they are handling delivery is very bad. We agreed on a time and delivery came two hours early when I was not at home but my family was.
